Labels are earned, not tossed around willy nilly. Best way to start is contributing, following the rules of the site, and not asking for a label.

Having a high post count is definately not one of the ways to earn a label.

Asking, campaining or hinting for one, will also virtually guarentee that it will not be awarded.

They tend to turn up when they are least expected.
