I've seen different regions out there, and was wondering : Is there any way, or mods out there that increase the size of the cities?
hoping i can play a city that's bigger then the largest default size.

Sorry, you can increase the size of regions only, I don't think it's possible to make bigger city tiles.

No, you can't increase the city sizes themselves, BUT, you can increase the region size.

TO do this you simply open up the config.bmp image, and edit it in paint.

That's all I can offer you though...

Besides .. you really don't want larger cities.. the game can barely handle the current sizes as population increases

When the game was conceived, the largest citytile was made according to what the average computer at that time could easily handle without too much lag.(once the citybuilt)

I guess that is something I never thought about. With this graphically intense game, a huge city would gobble up all computer resources.

Building out into the region is quite challenging also (maybe even more than a single x-large citytile). Just to fit it all together and make it real-looking is a job of its own. Here's a picture of my region................Have fun.
