Let me start off with the fact that this CJ is very well put together and almost hyper realistic, with few errors as far as i can see.

On to the proposals: I feel that the town is so small that either of these plans will be so expensive the town will go into debt very quickly. Solar and Wind are two of the most expensive power supplies. Would buying power from Auria be possible? If its having energy troubles too I would think about something that produces more power, and could power the entire area, as opposed to having each sector require its own power supply.

Coal being brought in by train (I saw some rail.) or Oil being brought in by tanker from Newfoundland & Labradour (Would require a dock or even a small port, (New jobs?)) would be my choices.

If these arnt possible I would go with the farthest south (I think, or bottom of the image, on the hill) because its far from development (They made a crapload of noise.) and so the value of land would be unaffected.

aaglo: WOW!!!!!! what a huge comment! first off, thank you, that means very much to me!! that is a very detailed proposal, and i have read it over a few times. your right, it is very small, so i think we might see a regional powerstation being built because of your suggestion, and not wind mills! (aaglo Power Station?)

This is a hockey arena. i refer to it as "a hockey arena" because of the fact that it has no name . (isn't it strange how all the sports feilds in New Auria tend not to have names?) as part of my upcoming 75 comment celebration, the lucky 75th commentor will have the arena named for themself (or a name of their choosing!!!). a wonderful celebration, is it NOT!?!?!? i'm an evil genius, it is hard just trying to contain it all!

Alright, now to the topic of this Update.... SPOTLIGHT ON CHELLEON!!!!!!

Chelleon is the epicenter of all that is mainland New Auria. The Location at Which Chelleon Currently Resides was the former first Settlement on the Island by the Heskians. The ‘old town’ has since been destroyed many years ago by the Aurian Fire of 1825, but many historians agree that without the destruction of the town, the country would never be where it is today. The disasters lead to determination to build the town bigger and better. Although at the time they succeeded, Aurians never lost that determination, and the city of Chelleon continues to outdo itself still today! It is the Heart and Backbone with its regional economic dominance. Several International Corporations (including Fortune 500) reside within its boundaries. The Auria Bank with a network of over 300 local banks continental wide, calls Chelleon its home, with revenue of over 35 billion dollars and a profit of nearly 17 million dollars. Other companies include Borg Insurance, WestPAC Investments and Talc Savings Bank. The Economy of Chelleon is dominated by Financial Institutions (major ones listed above) but small Business and Brand Name Shops also keep the City’s Gears-a-Grinding. The H-2 Beltway, notably a sunken highway, loops throughout the city, before connecting to the H-1. Chelleon-Fulworth International Airport is a Hub for Auria Air and services flights around the globe, many nonstop to Canada and the UK. Down Town is a very popular location among locals, with some of the best Restaurants in the world (as bragged by the restaurant owners) and high end retail at the ground levels of the Skyscrapers.
