Halifax,Iowa-A Metropolis in the Making!

Wow, I haven't dropped by in a little over a week and Halifax has sure grown a lot since then! I'm liking the sprawl so far, the West Lake development is pretty sweet. I love the look of downtown, the university and midtown and all the sprawl surrounding it.

I have one suggestion for you, you should try making sunken freeways. With the NAM, and the puzzle pieces that come with it, it's actually really easy to get an authentic looking sunken freeway.

But regardless of that, you have a great looking city. Keep up the good work!

Update 9- Airport Constructionart deux!

A lot has changed at the Halifax International Airport! I think you can see the main things that changed. Terminal 2 was shortend as a precaution due to the plane's being so close to each other. Now there is room for planes!

Construction of the new Commuter Terminal. Now passengers can fly to the future regional airport on the other side of the city. Also passagers can fly to Lincoln and Omaha if they need to.

And finally here is going to be the future airport control tower. If you notice all the green space, Halifax International was name, "The Greenest Airport in the Country" by the Federal Aviation Admistration or FAA.

REGIONAL POPULATION: 210,000 another 800,000 to go....
