    Map updated and new links added.

    From the OBC (Osprarian Broadcasting Company) thread;

    Point Tower finally going to be renovated

    Fernandes City - The 'Point Tower' is Fernandes City burned down in 2005. 20 People died that day. A few weeks ago the police finally closed the case. A gass leak caused the fire. Since that day the building is still standing. Nothing changed since then, just an about +/- 100m high building, black and all kinds of panels still lying on the floor. Today the City Council announced that they are going to renovated the building, or at least build something else there. Many people want an other office tower on the same location, but some other people say it is a perfect location for a residential tower. The City Council didn't decided what it is going to be yet, but today some cranes where installed on the tower. Citizens and other companies around the tower are glad that finally something is going to happen with this tower. The City Council will soon release the plans for the new tower. OBC

    Hah...Broker...GTA much?3.gif

    The only thing I'd recommend is to replace the arch bridge because when it uses more than one arch, it looks ugly. But it's your decision though...2.gif

    Wow, that is nice! I love the freeway in the first couple of pictures. I also like how your CBD is on a peninsula, I've always loved peninsulas 3.gif I like Traffelerq Square too, it looks like one of those former-warehouse conversion shopping mall things.

    Wow - fantastic start - great to have it in the AU! Those shots are amazing, I love your CBD, it looks very realistic without being over the top. Also, the freeways look cool. I'm not usually one for American-styled cjs but this has changed my mind completely!

    Thanks all, soon some comments 9.gif

    Soon I will release some pictures from this;

    Downtown Airport Fernandes City (Tackar Airport) closing?

    Fernandes City - Many citizens that live around Tackar Airport want to close the airport. This is going on for more thatn 10 years now. In 1940 the airport was build in the Polisbay. Airplanes had to land between the suburbs and Sinerawood, with the water of the Polisbay next to the runway. The runway is on land and on reclaimed land on the water for a part. There is 1 terminal with a few places. When Suth Airport went expanding Tackar Airport wasn't realy needed anymore. But it still provides spectacular landings and is still a great connection for the city. Smaller planes can easily land there. In a few weeks, the president of Toright will also land on Tackar Airport. Today a new group of people went to the airport to demonstrate. They want it closed before an accident happens. In the past only 1 accident happened, a airplane that landed to late and went into the Polisbay right away. Only 4 people where killed that day. No other disasters happened on Tackar Airport. The government is considering in only letting smaller airplanes (private jets or city hoppers) landing on Tackar Airport. Because right now big airplanes are landing there full of tourists. Soon the government will release a report with the future of Tackar Airport. OBC

    your city is looking better and better each time.

    i reckon its time you expanded the city size and got one or 2 buildings that top the rest of your buildings by about 30 or 40m or 10-20 floors.

    and also if there is, show us more of your city. and possibly an overview of your entire city and your region.

    panthersimsicty4 - Thanks 4.gif A real american freeway 4.gif Yes, Traffelerq Square is something like that, going to develop it better with more squares.

    Hawkeye9 - Well, thank you 4.gif Glad you like it.

    fabsies55 - Lol, thanks. Well, I tried downloading the sydney tower here on STEX, didn't work? Locked, weird. Would love to add it.

    Mike the Mayor - Thank you 4.gif Glad that I changed your mind, lol

    fabsie55 - Yep, looking for a tower. Before I show you the region shot, want to work a bit longer on it to make it perfect. Don't like to show people unfinished work.

    underwearman2007 - Yes, good idea. Trying to find some kind of observation tower. Ideas are welcome (links as well 3.gif)

    Za - Thank you, again 4.gif

    Wow, you really have skills, I like your CJ very much! Everything is so nicely arranged, your building choice and mix is excellent, the interchanges look amazing, small- but nice- effects on the pictures and... yes, what more to add? Oh, yes, great history and very good idea to take a GE (? ) pic and show the locations of each city. So, I am looking very much forward to more and good luck with your CJ (I am sure it will be very sucessful, btw) ,

    I'm working on a new intersection. I will upgrade the intersection Expon wich is in front of the airport. Take a look at my plans;

    Expon Intersection information

    Right now the intersection is like this;

    inter.png

    With the R6 going from left to right. And above is the airport. Right now there is a 'corner' in the highway on the right, going down.

    In theorie it seems that I can make a intersection where the R6 will be a free highway, going from left to the right with only a 2 exits and 2 entries.

    In the beginning on the left you will get a exit, on that exit way (2 lanes) you will have acces on the normal t split like in the picture. Then I can add 3 small intersections looking like this;

    Knooppunt_half_klaverblad.png

    And with the t split like it is today I can make a very nice intersection. I've checked it and you can drive very quick from 1 point to another. And the R6 keeps free from traffic when all the exits and entries are coming up.

    Here is a picture of the 'drawing' I made so you can see what is going to happen. And it now looks like the first picture 4.gif

    P8010117.jpg

    Will start tomorrow 4.gif Hope to show you pics soon 4.gif
