I will give a couple clues to help out; This building was used in a Michael Keaton movie. The setting was a jail in downtown San Francisco. But it wasn't in San Fran... it was here, somewhere in the eastern half of the U.S. The sky in that picture looks quite typical of the weather conditions in this city. Good luck, yinz.

Holy crap, an answer... well done. on to the next... (EDIT) I am leaving for Ireland and the end of the week. Although Wednesday I leave for NYC. I will get to see Yankee Stadium b4 they tear it town. I will wear my Buccos hat w/ pride considering  the bucs got 2 out of 3 when the Yanks came to town last month (first time since the famous world series game when Maz hit that homer). Anyway... I will post a few to tide over the 4 people who play this game.
