AWESOME! Your city journal is absolutely amazing- the history presented in this update was wonderful and all of your pictures are so realistic. And the custom lotting makes it even better! I'm dumbfounded and can't wait for the next update!

One thing is for sure, Maxis did not have this in mind when they first developed the game. Hahah, i bet they never fully knew how beautiful the players could make the games. You have done this beautifully.

Our next update of Constanta is of the "Autoritatile Nationale de District", where

many Buesti Government buildings are located.

Nationale includes numerous government offices and apartments, the latter being roughly equal in number to the housing units destroyed for its construction. The apartments were originally intended to house Buesti's communist elite, but the completed area is certainly not a preferred residence for the city's new capitalist elite, with the possible exception of buildings that look out on  Rotenska Park.

Wow, great work Chris! I think the whole communist city trying to appear capitalist is an interesting spin on things, and think it came out rather well with that in mind. Loved the mosaics, loved the style, loved this great big update.

By the way, whats the word on your conflict?
