First the news:

If you want a region view I will PM you with it as some shots from future updates are in it. I am currently working on tons of custom content for Update 16-19 so I'm ahead alot.

Modding news: Yesterday I got 2 new mods, a railway mod and a new water mod. They will start  showing up at Update 16-17. 

I haven't yet completed all the updates planned but as a known fact: This CJ will not close by Update 30 unless something major happens and I'm force to close.

Update 13: CR-60 Phase 1

This is showing the new fragement of CR-60. On this section no one is allowed to build on it as it serves as a two lane expressway.

Update 14: Update 14th Bash!!

Yes, here it is. I was going to make a mosiac or a video but they turned out a little bad so all I'll say, SOON they will come!! Yes, your requests are done except for 2 (which can't be made yet.) so in a future update they will be posted. This update is for highway building, the next 5 updates are for development so this is for a good bye to highway development for now...  Guess what!! The maxis textures came back!!

But you see that this strech isn`t going to be used for a by-pass and all of the beauty will probably be destroyed in the next updates... So soon we could have a urban beach along this road.

Note: I know about the weaving but I had no choice to do it or I couldn`t build the freeway snd I had to use the one way roads, avenue and RHW in some spots.

nice work on the highway. cr-60 looks very nice once it was completed! and like nihonkaranws said, there is a mod to get rid of those arrows, it just doesn't look to great!

Just a note: I have gotten the No One Way arrows mod and it will appear in Update 16.

Update 16: Buisness Boom Part I

The Introduction

To begin with... Commercial demandhas boomed and caused 4 updates of Commercial madness. Stay tuned for Update 17 and 18, it really will blow you to the sky!! I have a request for you (the repliers), I will tell you later...

To stop this enormus demand, Malls and developments were constructed. (Note: I got the night lightings to work to!!) To start of:
