Wonderful looking ghettos. My favourite is the Tina's Tenement and Hamster Tenement. Big huge buildings with large populations. Surprising that no one has built a coal power plant or the garbage incinerator.

Heres the student ghetto in my city.

A high density ghetto on the outskirts of Downtown Bullhorn in Monotaur Bay, its part of a large city tile that will be a Low wealth residential/Dirty Industrial Seaport area.

Here are some ghettoes in my cities. A lot of the ghettos that I saw in this thread have excessive saturation, so I decided to cut down on it to give a more authentic grimy and dank foreboding to the pictues.
