Oh, boy! What a tremendous response! Thank you so much, everyone, for the warm response...gosh, now the pressure is on.

So far, I have been "fleshing out" Granton a little bit. I have not been reckless, but have added some outlying streets to make the city bigger so I can start working.

Highway plans have started. I am still working out the details, and am struggling with the NAM...or BLAM...or FAM? What is it? The transport mod? Well, whatever it is called, I expect I will need it as I cannot build the highway with the railroads the way they are. And railroads don't move. So the highway has got to go over them...I'll probably be fiddling with that for a bit.

Anyone with tip or direction on working with highways go Private Message me...thanks again, everyone.

I don't know the details of what you're trying to do, but plain old elevated highway can go over rails even without the NAM.

ARE YOU JOKING ME?? WHAT?! This is like...christmas in summer. Digby is the greatest CJ to ever be created. I thought this was some idiot reviving this old thing...i mean, when was the last update?? 2004?

If anyone reads my CJ, Regional District of Kilkenny, it was veryu much inspired by Digby. Wow, and with you back Lewellen, what an honour that would be to have you see my CJ. Your like a legand from the past!

Welcome back. Your CJ was ground breaking for its time and deserving of credit for adding the presentational element to CJ photos. It has been at least a year and a half since the last true update and City Journals have come a long way since Digby. You definitely have your work cut out for you. With a tip of the hat to you and some tail dust I say good luck, old man. :-)

I read this entire thing without checking the time once..

And I believe this single CJ has changed the way i look at SC4 as a whole.

I see that Lewellan hasn't been on here in like a year, and i wish i had been around when this was active. You can actually feel the excitement as you read through. It's almost like Lewellan was a celebrity its friggin weird.. I wanna make somethin like this eventually but i know it wouldn't compare :S

Hey, I know this is my first post on Digby but I have spent every minute of the past week not spent at school or sleeping here at Digby. This is the best City Journal I have read in my short time as a Simtropolis member. It is such a shame that Paul hasn't been back in a while. I miss all the updates. :-( Where have you been man? Your first region has completely changed my view of SC4 forever. I've been playing since the game first came out. I wish more people made their CJs as detailed as this. I have a hard time believing that the CJ has ended. I just hope that you come back some time soon. I'm really looking forward to an update. That's all for now. Q-Bert out.
