PMers are doing more than celebrating. We're raising the roof.

Wait, is raising the roof still cool? If it is, awesome. If it's not, dang, I was never able to keep up with the trends.

Anyways, RAISE THE ROOF, WOOT!

Excellent work! I love the street ball competition, the beach looks like the place to be in Hypertrophy. Plus the clubs look hot! This is my favorite CJ. I can't wait what you'll have next in store.

Excellent update! I love how you present your CJ as if you were a tour guide directing us around Hypertrophy. It's very different from other CJs.

It's been awhile since I have appeared. Because of my current work schedule. But I want to come out with my final part before I show you more of Hypertrophy.

    Welcome to Part Four

    San Marino District

    img180/6355/surroundingdistrictinhyux5.jpg

San Marino district is very much a working class neighborhood bordered next to Cibola District, Little Cologne, and Intervale District. The nationality is consisted of latin descents. A big mixture of  Italian, Spanish, and Porturguese is what define's the San Marinian culture. There's not anything significant to show in the neighborhood except that you're invited to a street festival held every August.

    img352/148/streetpartyflyerac1.jpg

The parade kicks of at 6pm. As Azalea Street is closed for the weekend. Thru traffic are allowe to pass since the festival extends a total of 9 blocks east to west on Azalea Street.

    img204/2481/sanmarinoblockpartyiw6.jpg

Lots of rooftop parties are alllowed since this festival is a neighborhood thing.

    img411/6862/streetcarnivalgamesjq9.jpg

On Azeala Street a great festival is going on day and night. Street Games and Parades all weekend long.

    The food is great there.

    img353/8343/sanmarinosausagesuh8.jpg

    (Italian sausages)

    img411/1889/garlicknotsju2.jpg

    img411/5084/empenadassw5.jpg

    img353/2095/canoliby2.jpg

    (And hey, Have a Canoli)

    img522/9917/hartsubwaycarvg7.jpg

This is the Subway line at 8pm as people get off at Azalea Street Station for the San Marino Festival.

    img337/7318/azealastreetfestival5ld0.jpg

    img246/5224/azealastreetfestivaled2.jpg

    Daytime, the festivals go on.

    img84/7176/azealastreetfestival3fn3.jpg

The San Marino festival goes on until Sunday. Sunday is the traditional San Marino Football Players. They are a local team that play other teams around City of Hypertrophy

    img185/9645/sanmarinosoccerplayersff9.jpg

The local team is co-ed. Both men & women play football for the pride of their neighborhood. During the festival the game is played at San Lordes Field on Crispen Avenue.

    img364/2571/sanlordesfieldtx5.jpg

And before I go... I want to say at the San Marino District. You always have a great view of the Intervale Bridge.

    img411/7335/intervalebridgeaa6.jpg

This bridge connects to Hanson & Carlos Industrial Park and Intervale District. Many of the residents in San Marino work across the river.

Hey check out Charles Rodulfo's CJ's:

The Kingdom of San Marino Motion City

    and

The Kingdom of San Marino Azalea City

Hey thank you very much. This is the final segment stay tuned for I have something very long planned on my next update.

    img378/6180/repliesry8ea9.jpg

    deion30296 - don't be hatin' now. It's a body competition.

roboo1 - Thank you very much.

lucky7 -  Hey thank for very much for the compliment. Santa Maria was one of my favorite segments to work on.

connorc24 - Thank you partner, I never been to L.A. nor Miami. (would love to one day) But the vies of Venice Beach, Los Angeles is what inspired me to do the district.

Shingure -  It's cool. I'm glad to see you here. Hope AC was fun. It's been awhile for me. I found out what's causing the pics to shrink a little.

anik - Thanks for stopping by and thank you for the compliment.

    Looks great. Foooooood...

Where was the festival actually at? There seems to be no plazas in San Marino.

    Good luck!

balkair - Thanx I'm glad you like the update.

    n-m-2k8-yeah - Thanks. I haven't had a canoli in a long time. (stomach grumbling)

Joetropian1 - Thank you very much. I appreciate you stopping by. There are no plazas being placed. That was intentional because like NYC, the festivals are held in the streets where they seal off to traffic and celebrate. San Marino festival is like a block party.

Well I am going to show a slight continuation of San Marino District because I felt that I have missed out on someting extra to post. But my next teaser well will a simple one.

    img84/7619/teaserforvelamuriairporae8.jpg

Well it's only a teaser. But yet it's the only municipal airport in the City of Hypertrophy.

Sorry so short... But will bring a large one soon.

This is a small segment of what I'll post in Hypertrophy.

This is Hypertrophy's only municpal airport.

    Velamuri Municipal Airport.

This airport flies in indivual planes from other parts of the kingdom and North America. This airport is best known for CEO's, celebrities and the wealthiest people in the city of Hypertrophy.

    img524/1203/velamurimunicipalairporqv7.jpg

However, this ariport also features a helipad to land, nearby San Marino and Little Cologne districts. The helipad enroutes to several locations throughout the city. Particularly hi-rise office buildings.

    img161/2971/helicopterflyingoverhypis6.jpg

(helicopter flying throught the neighborhoods in Hypertrophy)

Speaking of Helicopter ride. You can fly your private jet to Hypertrophy and have a helicopter ride to Pleasure Island for casino fun.
    (much different segment)

Sorry it's so short, but I have a good teaser coming up.

Ring the bells school's back in session. Hypertrophy's top prep school.
    (short segment)

    img378/6180/repliesry8ea9.jpg

jacqulina - Hey Thank you. Glad you like the Santa Maria segment.

penguin007- Welcom back and welcome home partner. Hope you enjoyed your vacation. Glad you like the update. Diagonal street tend to be my favorite thing to design lately.

Schulmanator - dude, prepare to bring you VIP jet over.

Benedict - Hey Thank you for the compliment. On top, I want to thank you for recreating the subway line on the HART. I really appreciate it. I do admit I don't have photoshop. I see the wonders of photoshop. Thank you once again.

Shingure - don't worry dude. I hope you enjoy the segment.

Nice airport if a little small but thats the only thing wrong with it. It looks just right for a small private airport for VIPs just a slightly longer runway and it would look perfect. Sorry to sound critical there, but just trying to help

    Karina Preparatory School

If you're a parent  that wants what's best for the child then Karina Preparatory School is the place to be. However Karina Prep School has a strict uniform dress code.

    img396/5204/karinaschooluniformaa3.jpg

This may be a prep school but it is very sophisticated, because the type of technology used for learning is nano-technology, plus books these days aren't always used. Kids are issued a software of homework to finish up to pass the grade.

    img80/3747/teacheratkarinaprepui7.jpg

The teachers are also trained in Hypertrophy to understand more of the kids needs than the parents needs, since children are the future of how you raise them.

On top, they have an excellent rugby team

    img525/6233/rugbykarinatp9.jpg

(Karina Prep Wildcats vs. Broadman Prep Bengals)

On top, they have an awesome student government. One of the initiatives the student gov't made was casual friday and extra school activities in the study lounge hall.

    img217/1572/karinaprepschoolpu1.jpg

    (study lounge hall)

Here are the courses offered there.

    Arts program

    Music Programs

    Athletic Program

    College Pro Courses

    Conservation and Agriculture.

    Astronomy

Although, the school has a strict policy of wearing school uniforms. On Friday it leaves an exception for casual Friday.

    img365/5889/preppymaleph1.jpg

But one thing, the school dances are awesome.

    img291/6405/karinaprepschooldancehm3.jpg

I never had school dances like this. But that was nearly 15 yrs ago.

Hey I will post some replies and a teaser. Stay tuned...
