COFR Celebrations in Hypertrophy

Dec 30th

We begin the celebrations at City Hall. Where Mayor Jim Penrod delivers a speech in honor of COFR Day.

"To my fellow citizens in the City of One. Today marks a one year anniversary of our alliance with the Conferacy Of Free Regions. The City of Hypertrophy has now declared it a holiday. Happy Anniversary to the COFR and I want to wish my fellow citizens a joyous New Year's. Let the festivities begin."

On Howry Island, HK

Delegates of the COFR make final arrangements in appointing a judiciary committee in the human rights council.

Meanwhile in the Royal District.

Empress Elina  delivers a televised speech from Sempiternal Palace

"My beloved citizens of the kingdom,  When we formed an alliance with the Confederacy of Free Regions. There was no exact telling where we will go. We were a union of a few nations, today we are a union of many nations, and thus growing. The Kingdom of Hypertrophy has learned a great experience of alliance, communication, and growth. I have also spoke with the leaders of every nation to wish them a prosperous New Year. We as a nation hope that we will continue with the alliance of the COFR. So therefore, my fellow Hypertrophians, I want to wish you all Happy Anniversary and Happy New Year's."

Meanwhile on Bank Street in the Financial District. The Hypertrophy Stock Exchange has made a moderate bounce back after a suffering loss in the past 4 weeks. Since trade efforts between Kingdom of Hypertorphy and Shalman Empire been restored, the HYSE Index has made a 5% percent jump to 12,995.

The HYSE will be closed on Dec 31st in observance of New Year's Celebration.

On Emancipation Island. Dozens of tourist camp out for a one time event, as fireworks are display throughout the Hypertorphy Bay.

For the fireworks display. Many are making reservations on the observatory deck of 2 Global Exchange Center.

The fireworks display went on for a total of one hour. It was a celebrating blast.

Dec 31st

In Market Square there will be a special celebration of Hypertrophy Fashion Week, from several of the hottest clothing lines.

Annie the Musical will premiere for the first time in Hypertrophy and they are giving away 100 tickets to the lucky winners.

A pride festival is celebrated on 29th Street in celebration of COFR Day and New Year's Eve.

As the evening begins. House parties are taken place along rooftops.

Meanwhile in Midtown...

A New Year's Ball is held at the Empress Tower.

The Observatory Steakhouse is packed with Hypertrophians deciding where they should party.

In Ylmeria District and Little Hiigara.

All the neighborhood clubs are bumping, but the main event are in three main locations.

DJ Ozzy of HOT106FM spins the hottest tracks at Lucky's Hang Ten Lounge

The Player's Ball is going down. Where the pimps are up and the hos are down.

On Pleasure Island

All the rooms are packed. No vacancies are available, because people book their rooms in advance.

That's where the party is really bumpin'. The Neyorka Bay Casino has all the hottie dealers.

On top, the clubs are bumping on the island.

This is definitely a dress to impress night to get in the door. No sneakers, hats, t-shirts, and no jeans.

At least in Hypertrophy you can drink, party, and gamble at age 18.

Meanwhile in Media Square

A live concert is held in front of thousands of people partying.
