    Newtown District

(arial view of Newton District in Hypertrophy)

    img204/6879/newtowndistrictkw3.jpg

Newtown District is a small sub-financial district for the Asian Community because of its neighboring districts of Chinatown, Little Coulla, and Little Tokyo. Also another neighborhood that is not of an Asian descent, but very close related to Hypertrophy is the Patadav District.

Newtown District is a very valuable district, due to an underground mall, several embassies that are located in the Newtown area, and Port of Hypertrophy Area, which is one of the most busiest ports in Hypertrophy and it lies across the Alanis River from the Royal District.

    img204/5930/newtownundergroundmallrv7.jpg

The Newtown Underground Mall, formerly known as the Komosoto Mall. This mall is more unique than anywhere around the kingdom, because it would first receive goods all over the world and galaxy. From the famous clothing line from Tient to the hottest gadgets from Nawako and Port Matthews to the finest cuisines from Tierra de la Oscuridad.

Long before the city took over the mall. It was widely ran by the mob. Hypertrophy Yukuza, the Triads, and the Zukovsky Crime Family from Russia. Many mob wars occured to hold control of the mall, (Lots of revenue) until the city took over and opened the opportunity to other nations like Coulla, Port Matthew, Kingdom of Patadav and etc. Today it is one of the safest locations and still the popular.

    img401/7237/insidenewtownba8.jpg

Rising on top of the mall is the 50-story office building The Patadav Center. It is a currency exchange center and federal reserve for the Kingdom of Hypertrophy, and a prominent real estate center from Humidus.

Across the Street is the Bank of Jenove from the Deismaran Empire.

To the right of the pic is the Port Matthews Embassy

Here is an upclose pic of the Port Matthews Embassy.

    img166/7888/portmatthewembassynw7.jpg

Port Matthew has been a major contribution to the Hypertrophy Kingdom. It's major industry is the high-tech which contributes to more than1/4 of Hypertrophy's economy. Due to its help in jumpstarting the economy. Empress Elina has offered an unconditional stay with Hypertorphy, by offering an embassy.

The tallest building in Newtown District is the Bank of Coulla Tower. This bank serves the Asian global community and it is the largest bank from the Far East. Bank of Coulla Towere is also the largest bank from the Far East in the Western Hemisphere, more than 13,000 branches in the United States. Kingdom of Hypertrophy has 2500 branches total.

    img401/6977/empressanovaconventionckp3.jpg

West of the Patadav Center is the Railroad and the Empress Anova Convention Center.

    The Empress Anova Convention Center:

Named after the 4th Empress of the Hypertrophy Kingdom. The convention center has held dozens of events every month. Ranging from Elections, Religous, Corporate, Civilian, to Entrepeneuarship.

Several conventions that are most popular in Hypertrophy

Jan: Technology Week (3rd Week of Jan)

Feb: Erotica Convention (Feb 14th or observing weekend)

Apr: Earth Week (3rd Week of Apr)

May: Auto Convention (2-3rd week of May)

Jun: Higher Education Convention (1st week of Jun)

Sep: Career Convention (2nd week of Sep)

The Empress Railroad Station & Terminal

Completed in 2079, Empress Alanis wanted was always fascinated with railroads. She seldomly traveled by plane domestically. Her favorite moments is by the Trans-Kingdom Express. She would stop at certain towns to interact with the citizens. Her favorite stops were Gartlan and Damoskinos. Usually around the fall, because of the color of leaves.

Before her reign she had requested a railroad company to invest routes that would go all over the kingdom. At the time of completion, the railroad would only extend from Hypertrophy to Damoskinos. It took a total of 5 years to complete, with over 25,000 workers. Today, Empress Station connects to dozens of cities like Port Valentina, Ft. Matejcek, Musharaf, Alkaquanny, Gartlan, Lorena, St. Jacquiline, and Liviona. More than 300,000 commuters connect to Empress Station.

Chinatown, Little Tokyo, & Little Coulla

Three of the most influential Asian communities lie here in Hypertrophy. All three section have a uniqueness of themselves and its importance in Hypertrophy.

Upon Hypertrophy's independence from the United States, many other neighborhoods from all over the world established a neighborhood in the City of One. Chinatown and Little Tokyo were one of the first ethnic neighborhoods.

      img212/9279/xiajongtemplesqvu3.jpg

    (The Xia Jong Temple Square)

The Xia Jong Temple was donated to Hypertrophy. Every year, a Chinese New Year Celebration is taken place at the Xia Jong Temple.

    img401/8153/shikorutempleatnightrg0.jpg

The Shikoru Temple was completed shortly after its incorporation. This museum is open to visitors daily Little Tokyo was established in 2055. Today it is mostly a quiet reisdential neighborhood.

Although, both Chinatown and Little Tokyo have its cultural influence. However, Little Coulla is more colorful than both the neighborhoods.

    img518/7827/littlecoullahl1.jpg

    img242/8836/adelaavenuesw0.jpg

    (Adela Avenue)

    img212/2496/littlecoullaatnighthj3.jpg

Adela Avenue is the Strip of Little Coulla. Also known as Nawako Row. It borders next to Chinatown and Rainbow District and LGBT neighborhood.  Most of the shops on Adela Avenue and Montecella Blvd are mom & pop shops, private law frims, banks, and nightspots for the residents. The neighborhood mostly speaks Coullan which Hypertophy has adopted the language as a primary next to English.

    img263/3365/kumurisquareparkfy7.jpg

    (Kumuri Square Park)

On Adela Avenue and Between 24th and 25th Streets

This park is the center of Little Coulla. Residents there hold their picnics or BBQ's on the green. However there is a strict curfew to prevent crime. Little Coulla does have a neighborhood watch team that cooperates well with Hypertrophy PD.

Little Coulla may also be a small district, but much of Newtown's district was changed due to Little Coulla's influence of a better image.

    img505/1607/repliesry8.jpg

I appriciate the responses and request.

tigerplayer91- LOL thank you. I'm glad that you like it.

Charles Rodulfo -  I will gladly get this out of the way for you. And thanks for the comment.

Interesting update, especially the use of the posters with the cruise ships. I'm curious, is Hypertophy a city-state, similar to Singapore?

Hey folks thanx for many responses. Right Now I'm working on a new project of primiering several events on this CJ

Today, I want to dedicate this segment of the CJ to the LGBT community. I'm not gay nor bi. But a relative of mine is. She is my cousin. My closest. Recently, she was attacked by some religous zealot because of who she is. No one, and I mean no one deserves that treatment. So I bring this segment of the CJ. *And I will express my artistry, whether some people in this online community approve or disapprove.

    img208/9258/hypertrophypridect8.jpg

Welcome to Hypertrophy Pride. All is celebrated at...

    Rainbow District

    img58/812/rainbowdistrictdayva6.jpg

Kingdom of Hypertrophy is a very tolerable nation. Tolerable to race, religion, creed, and sexual orientation. This is why the "Equalibrium Act of 2021" was enacted, to protect those that are different from one and serve everyone as equal.

The Rainbow District is a very influential LGBT community around the world. (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered) In the city of Hypertrophy about 1 out of 3 are gay, bi, or tg. Two-thirds are straight.

Gay marriage is legal in Hypertrophy, and protected by the High Court of Hypertrophy.

Although in the Rainbow District alone 1 out of 5 living there are straight.

    img78/4308/kissenaparkak8.jpg

    (Kissena Park)

Kissena Park is one of the most popular places to go in Hypertrophy. In fact, people of all walks of life, straight, gay, bi, tg, and etc hang out ther for either  skateboarding, street performing, hackeysack playing, or just hanging out. Although, the cerfew is the park closes at 12 midnight for the safety of the citizens.

    img524/3949/flagatkissenaparkmh9.jpg

The Gay Pride Flag rises over Kissena Park all day and night.

    img57/9866/babylonnightclubpl2.jpg

At Night Three Street are the most busiest in Hypertrophy

    Evelina Avenue

    Adela Avenue

    29th Street

Adela Avenue is the bridge between Little Coulla and Rainbow District.

Evelina Avenue and 29th Street are the heart of the District.

In night time, there are restaraunts, bars, and nightclubs open all over. In fact it is one of the busiest locations in Hypertrophy on the weeknights and weekends.

    img57/4343/addlshotsof29thstzk5.jpg

    (29th Street at night)

You don't have to be gay to shop there. In fact, many of the greatest designers open up shop in this district.  At night you have major department stores like Debenham's, Mark & Spencer's. Other spots are mom and pop shops that sell leather jackets, jeans, sneakers and shoes.

    Rainbow District's noted landmarks.

    img95/8656/29thstreetup5.jpg

    Moulin Rouge Theatre

Yes, this is a theatre and a cabaret show for Drag Queen Competition. Highly landmarked in Hypertrophy's places to see. Every year this theatre hosts Miss Hypertrophy Drag Queen Competition.

Kimberly Enders Bldg. is a civil union building to protect the rights of the citizens of Hypertrophy. It's also the head office of GMHC (Gay Men's Health Crisis) Also several organizations not only involving gay rights. But also human rights.

    img59/4627/kimendersphotorc3.jpg

    Kim Enders 2051-2138

One of Hypertrophy's most noted civil attorneys. She defended against discrimination of race, sexual orientation, creed, political affiliation and gender. She was also a lesbian. She has opened the door to more civil liberties than any other attorney in Hypertrophy. Due to her recognition, Empress Alanis granted her a judgeship of the Hypertrophy Supreme Court in 2110. Thus after her death, her legacy lived on and the a building was completed in honor of her name.

One of the noted agencies in Hypertrophy are
