algis242: Thanks! Glad you like it9.gif

lucky7: Thanks lucky7! Glad you like my b/w pictures, I just wanted to give it an old feeling, hope you pass by more often!3.gif

    update4dw7.jpg

Okay, I have been busy with school a lot, but I can't say I haven't done anythin with my city (It's growing rapidly).

I'll try to keep you up to date, right now I'm going to show you some parts of (a different downtown, (I told you it's growing3.gif)) and some pictures which impress the

work which I'm busy with right now.

OH yea, how do you change the second topic title thingy (which is still set on history).???

    Thanks in advance.

    Ok there we go.

    Picture 4.1:

    foto41su5.jpg

Here is a first impression of a small part of this downtown, as you can see it has enough ability's to park your car!1.gif

    Picture 4.2:

    foto42xa7.jpg

Those residential flats are located near the coast, as you can see!

    Picture 4.3:

    foto43oe8.jpg

This is another part of town, if you look good you can see that residents can walk from the residential zones to the downtown, with help of a tunnel for pedestrian walks.

The tunnel on the bottom of the above picture comes out at the residential flats, picture 4.2.

    Picture 4.4:

    foto44sd3.jpg

Another shot of the downtown, also here enough room to park you car!

    Picture 4.5:

    foto45ld7.jpg

Modern and old building are combined to give this downtown some kind of a romantic feeling 48.gif

    Picture 4.6:

    foto46ni6.jpg

The local cemetary and church located near the small stream, which you could see in 1 update earlier.

    Picture 4.7: Development

    fotobouwhavenfy7.jpg

Here is a picture, of the development and building I'm busy with right now, I must admit it took a long time before I finally got it right 3.gif

Hope you've enjoyed this update, next update will contain the final pictures of the harbour. And probably some other parts!

Thanks for watching, and take care! 44.gif

Wow really great work. If you want to change the topic summery ( I can remember the same lost feeling lol) just edit your first post, and change the topic summery at the top of that word box that comes up. Anyway back to your update, I am in total love with pic 4.6, and the one right above it. You have masterfully put a couple different genres together and it has payed off well. Great work on the downtown as well, it is developing nicely.

Man, that farm looks like it should be in Paradise Falls. Great job.

Even though I liked it better as a small town, your city has a nice growth pattern to it. It's very believable as a medium sized city that's not springing from the ground overnight. It looks like it's actually growing over time which can be hard to achieve. Great work

Amerikaner: Thank you very much for your help, I finally changed it 3.gif, Thanks for your lovely comment as well!!

s_olah: Thanks mate! Really appreciate your nice comment!

football_fever: Wow that's a compliment! Nice to hear you compare it a bit with Paradise Falls, which is a beatiful and well detailed CJ!

Artur_001: Thanks for your comment, I saw your port, Wow it's huge and beautiful, mine's a small one compared to that 3.gif

Fallon144: Hey thanks for your comment! I definately will show you´s some of my region soon, although I´m still busy with the terraforming 5.gif

    update5ba4.jpg

As I announced one update earlier I have been busy with my port, took me a while, but here is a small update, which contains the port and everything around it!

    Enjoy!

    Picture 5.1:

    foto51nm4.jpg

As you can see Cuijk went nuclear! To keep it cool, they've placed a big waterdepot near it!

    Picture 5.2:

    foto52dd3.jpg

The biggest part of this small port, You can see big storage tanks standing all over the place!

    Picture 5.3:

    foto53hy6.jpg

A small part of the harbour is visible, but you can see the big spaces reserved for the big containers!

    Picture 5.4:

    foto54lo1.jpg\

    The port from another angle!

This will be the last update for probably 2/3 days, I hope you've enjoyed!

    Take care

    Nice updates!

I like especially the cemetary in the previous update. Nice LE work with the mayor's home.

Nice harbour - better than mines but you may think about a wall at the empty tiles in the harbour!

    Take care

Really nice work, I am always glad to help. The post is looking pretty nice, I really don't see anything wrong with it. That nuclear plant looks pretty realistic, and I love that last pic you posted. It was a nice overview of the area, as was your second picture.

Nice city, a good port too - perhaps only slightly too small for its size. Is it restricted to only high tech industries, would be good to see some industries for the next update. Good work!

    update6nh5.jpg

Well this update contains a few pictures of a settlement in the mountains, it's not finished yet, but I think this is the good time to show some pictures of it.

    Picture 6.1:

    foto61rs8.jpg

To defend themselves against the rocks they built a few fences to break the fall of some rocks, not all of them ask you can see some rocks down the mountain.

    Picture 6.2:

    foto62ry9.jpg

Here is a view at the river

    Picture 6.3:

    foto63he1.jpg

They have created places to ride horses, you can see one on top of the above picture, there is as well a small river located on the right side.

    Picture 6.4:

    foto64ve3.jpg

Another view of a part of the settlement it's located in the mountain, as you have noticed already 1.gif

    Picture 6.5:

    foto65dj1.jpg

Here is the settlement in its full glory.

I hope you've enjoyed this update. I know it's a lot different compared to the other update, but this is also in another environment. This place is called Oeffelt and is located near the west of Cuijk.

    Thanks for watching,

Comments, tips or advice if you want! Greatly appreciated.

    Take care

Great updates! A perfect match of the monastery and the castle, very realistic! The area as a whole looks very realistic, and one can clearly imagine where the glacier was in pic 7.7. Very nice mountain area (trust me, I am Austrian, we have mountains gallore...! 4.gif ).

So, yeah, looking very much forward to more,

    take care,
