i agree with Death54, Oldtown should stay the same, Riverside should eventually get some rich condominiums and Uptown should become the commercial district. I'm interested to see what you do and how you expand your transit network with a population boom that occurs with Downtown development. I will especially be keeping a close eye on those bridges and how you plan on expanding them to avoid congestion. Keep up the great work!

Nice! I think downtown should be on one side of the water. Since "Old"town should stay historic you should make it even more historic by adding museums and old shops and rowhouses and other things such as old operas and theatres! It would really boost tourism!

I must say that this is a very nice CJ! Suprisingly realistic actually... You're new suburbs look much better, I like it when they're green 2.gif xD
Very good work, I'm sure this CJ will last for a loooong time 4.gif Congratulations!!

>> EDIT: I think the riverside is the best place for a "downtown". I do hope that you're not going too high with the buildings...

Great custom houses in the suburbs!

As far as downtown, Old Town should stay historic, Uptown should be the downtown business district, and Riverside should be a downtown residential area, something like this.

I like your work, a wonderful city. I think Riverside would be the logical choice for Downtown, a new statement should come along with your commercial district though! Perhaps a nice shiny (avenue) bridge will do - the river looks a little crowded with three bridges.

    Update nb 9.

Due to the construction of the new Downtown, mayor decides to widen road. The new avenue, and the new Memorandum Bridge is designed to carry more than 6500 cars an hour. It will start at the south end of Old Town, and ends in the neighboring city...

How would a city in SC4 have gross domestic products? IMO, after downtown is constructed, you should start making some seawalls. You don't want to have a city with over about 50,000-75,000 people and a moderately dense downtown with the coast being completely undeveloped.

Edit: Too bad that Uptown didn't get the downtown, but oh well.

Nice CJ, it's really well done, but I really think that you should reply to each comment you get before updating, it's just common etiquette of the CJ forums. Great work, and good luck my friend!
