Anyway, there's not much to say right now... the shape is simple and authentic, just like a functional building should be. Are you going for interior lighting? Let us know something about your plans with this building... how big is it going to be, what colours are you going to use, which architectural style are you going for? 60's brutalism again?

Looking good Glenni, the floors need some new textures and the whole thing needs details but great so far!

yeah i know Superstar  the floor texture is the same as the walls i only put them there while i was working at the building

Wow, this hospital is coming on very nicely...and it's almost Brutalist as well!  As others have pointed out, you need to change the roof texture and the texture of the floors (the walls below the windows are fine) to a smoother concrete, as the Beton Brut concrete finish is generally only used on walls.

Are you going to BAT two entrances? I mean, one in the front, that's used for visitors etc., and one in the back, where ambulance cars can unload their cargo...

All inall, it looks very realistic.
