    If the mayor doesn't download the latest NAM and the NAM updates; people will leave the residental buildings because of "long comute time" even though their work place is right next to them.

    I 'learned' that Sims aren't capable of realizing that there's a building that supports their wealth level next to them that they can work at that isn't being used. So sad...

    (I've had a case where a guy practically went around 5 blocks to get to a job right next to him. So sad...)

    Buses, cars, trucks, can go into the side of the cloverleaf intersection or a T- intersection highway without using a highway ramp. They can also go on regular elevated highways without using a highway ramp.
