    Hey there, been a while...

Just like to know if you still exist. I'm really liking what I've seen so far, it'd be a very cool addition to the game.

I wonder if some got tell me if buddybud's underpasses is still somewhere available? I have seen it in some city journals here in Simtropolis and was wondering if it will ever be released.

Gone for a year almost. But as always i'm back. This time leaving off where i was last time. i'm attempting to redo the network el-rail using props, mirrored props, overhanging props, off center props etc. 3ds models and textures will be altered too. Here's some previews. This will take months at best but i have done much of the work already.

and a new pic with texture change and wall removed....but nothing underneath

    xmassmile01vk8.jpg

Its all dragable and could be in theory change depending on wealth and density etc. But i'm only concentrating on low wealth industrial.  using the old american el rail as an inspiration.

    merry christmas

Great! These are much needed, I have to say. I could well use them in my CJ create the el-rail-lines running through NYC... excellent that there are diagonal ones, too. Looking very much forward to more,

Introducing sidewalks under elevated that change for wealth and for Sidewalk Mods. Actually was easy once i figured it out. I informed the nam guys but don't expect anything soon. To do this for every intersection would take considerable time. But i'll try to start.

(ignore weird shadows and white lines)

without sidewalk mod showing low and med wealth

    stupidlyeasy02my9.jpg

with jrj's sidewalk mod showing same.

    stupidlyeasy01vw5.jpg

The textures come out lighter strangely enough even though they are the exact same ones used by the mod/game.....but it works.

    cheers. happy new year.

It's so so so realistic!! Typically Chicago and NYC!! Do you think you will make a version with roads underneath the rails?

FINALLY!! Im glad to see this....this is first time looking at your thread and love your work!! I looked at all the pages and I am sick of the in game grass under elevated rail.

What you have done looks realistic and goes past my expectations!! KEEP IT UP!

It is agreat project and it is really needed so it should be encouraged as much as possible.

Yoy should work on your EL station. It seems to be too short and there isn't any stair between the station and the ground level.Texturing looks quite good, but i think that you should try a light gray version as well.

    Thanks Joint1....

The station is far from complete and mainly represents my return after a year of being gone....again. I needed a way to get back into the project so i started by doing a station since they will be needed if this gets off the ground. i've since been concentrating on getting the details down for how i will implement this. There have been several changes that have led to a higher level of detail and added the ability to mod the textures like you would a sidewalk or road top mod. (for the base atleast) Heres a newer picture. Trust the station is far from done......enjoy.

    Cheers Bud.
