Heavenly Simoleon Tree: More Money Than You Will Ever Need!!!!!!!

The "Heavenly" Simoleon Tree creates a whole lot of cash for your city, and I mean a lot, A exact guess would be about 10,000,000,000,000,000 simoleons a month!!!

 

This is a 1x1 lot and has a simoleon overlay texture embedded within the dat. file itself

 

You may notice that there is a custom query sound within the modd as well, one of the easter eggs i placed in

The Reason this is "Heavenly" is bwecause this lot can raise desirablitiy as well as mayor rating in the close surrounding areas as well as getting rid of some pollution

 

 

 USE THIS LOT IN YOUR CITY FOR ONLY 1 MONTH! If you keep too much money in your game you might end up crashing your city since there is a failsafe that makes it so that a city with too much money will make the mayor "run for senator"

 

This is a VERY SUPER RADICAL MOD!!!! This lot may or will prevent you from ever spending all of your funds due to amount this lot produces a month,

 

If you are not confortable with this, request that you may want a bit less radical mod instead

My answer would be no if you only use this lot for 1 month.

 

i have 9,999,999,999,975,586 in one of my cities currently and it is like about 75 years old so.....

 

use it for only one month and you are fine

Great lot/mod for radpid expantion. I don't like radical mods that much. I downloaded it incase one of my cities was dying and needs help fast. Would work great for that.

Well if you at all read my post you would see that this DOESNT crash your game

BTW i made 5 different trees now....

but only one can be used at a time

the 5 differences are -

The 10x15 folder contains the Tree With 10,000,000,000,000,000$ a month

The 10x12 folder contains the Tree With 10,000,000,000,000$ a month

The 10x9 folder contains the Tree With 10,000,000,000$ a month

The 10x6 folder contains the Tree With 10,000,000$ a month

The 10x3 folder contains the Tree With 10,000$ a month

These give more variety

also the 10,000 a month tree actaully lets you KEEP the tree in your city... for awhile

Hey, ALTX, a minor tip: the dollar sign is supposed to go BEFORE the amount.

So, instead of 10,000$ it would correctly be $10,000.

Edit - Does this tree effect demand or is it a pure moneymaker? I've been looking for a pure moneymaker for ages; most lots are based on the Casino and cause an unwanted commercial boost.

I've just tried out the 10K tree and it's awesome, a nice amount of money and it does not rocket the demand bars. That lovely green symbol and the 10k per month have kinda grown on me.
