  1. I've just tried out the 10K tree and it's awesome, a nice amount of money and it does not rocket the demand bars. That lovely green symbol and the 10k per month have kinda grown on me.
  2. Wow the 10k tree rocks Edit - Does this tree effect demand or is it a pure moneymaker? I've been looking for a pure moneymaker for ages; most lots are based on the Casino and cause an unwanted commercial boost.
