Wow! I like it! Very Majestic. A densely populated area with awesome gardens and canals running through it. I look forward for more. The subway map is great, BTW.

    Alright time for update 4!

    4831154902a6370313375l.jpg

Hey everyone! Glad to be back after a while. I've been very busy lately with school and all that, so I didn't really have time to play SC4. But here I am with Part 1 of Update 4! As I promissed, this will be the biggest update yet, so here it is! In Part 1, we will be looking at the Nawako Intergalactical Spaceport and the Kamuri Mountains. Here it goes!

    The Nawako Intergalactical Spaceport

The Nawako Intergalactical Spaceport is by far the largest and busiest spaceport in the world, and the first to offer spaceliner (airliner of space) tickets to the public, for a price of 7 million yu ($7 000). The spaceport is home to 2 extra-long runways, and 8 launch pads. Spaceliners usually take off about 17 times per day.

A cosmoliner is about to be launched from Pad 8.

The 8 launch pads are designed to stand vertically underground, while the spaceliner is prepared. Then, the gigantic pad doors open up, and the cosmoliner is pointed in the direction for takeoff. All cosmoliners are operated by Coulla Spaceways. The cosmoliners are built with two floors. The top floor's first class seats have a great front view, and the bottom front is home to the flight deck.

At the gates, the spaceliners are prepared and the passengers board. They then taxi underground to the launch pads.

cool mountains and very nice neigborhood by the hill... well -- the residential near the seaport is not that realistic...anyway -- since the area is modern, i think the space lauch is less noisier...

I'll second (or maybe "fifth" or "sixth") the nice use of the space port! 4.gif (I initially wondered if it was a 4D reward on the hard level that I could never acheive) Do you have link to Somy?

Here are replies to all the comments that I received after posting Part 1 of Update 4.

bbfan02: Thanks! I did work hard on the spaceport

suplado!: Thanks for the comment. I tax the residential around there less because they have to suffer the intense noise.

crazyarchitect: Thanks! I think it's the first time that I've seen it too.

gabry85: Thanks! It was pretty hard terraforming, but I did use the SC4 Terraformer, lol.

suomi2005: Thanks! It was difficult making it, but I pulled it off, lol!

anarchy0029: Nah I didn't make it. I placed them all together but Somy made the original models. I only made a few changes with the BAT.

kelistmac: Thank you! I love your CJ too! One of my three favourite.

haljackey: I love Somy's props too. Thanks!

sims co.: Thanks for complimenting. I worked hard on the mountain range, too!

Smarty218: Thanks! Did you enjoy your trip to Europe? I love it there.

purpledaddy: Click here to go to Somy's page. I also recommend clicking here for a guide to getting Japanese BATs and a complete list of famous Japanese BAT creators.

Well that's all for the replies. Thanks everyone for commenting! 9.gif9.gif9.gif4.gif4.gif4.gif

Alright, well I was supposed to give you guys Update 4 Part 2, but I don't have the time, so I'll do a shorter part. I present to you Update 4 Part 1.5. Today we will be focusing on Fumemo, a brand-new district and port city.

    Fumemo

As you know, earlier in the year, the district of Kaoi was bombed by Hwonan, and was completely destroyed. The people of Kaoi wanted to forget about the whole thing, and so they renamed it Fumemo. Fumemo is now a very large city district (population 144 719), and is home to a very modern industrial port. It is also home to the Fumemo-Aopaotaki Canal, which takes boats all the way to the inland industrial center of Aopaotaki.

An overhead shot of most of Fumemo. You can see the Sunset Bridge, the housing area, the skyscraper district, and the man-made islands.

The Fumemo-Aopaotaki Canal runs through the suburbs and under many of the roads.
