Uninstalling PEG Rural Roads Update

How do I do this? I deleted all the files from the plug-ins folder, but the dirt roads still show up in game. Is there a fix for this?

That's strange. I'd try re-installing the Rural Roads mod- then run a search on your computer for all the files included in the install and delete them all. If not are you sure you deleted ALL the files in your plugins folder or just the ones in the main directory- Pegasus stuff usually goes to C: MyDocuments/SimCity4/Plugins/PEGPORD

Yep, I deleted all of the files for that mod. I had them all in the PEGPORD/Rual Roads Network folder in my plugins folder, and I deleted the whole RRN folder, but they still show up.

WillG... Have you re-drawn your road system? If you have not done so these dirt roads will still show. If they still are there, then you missed something when you deleted it. There is no way for me to know what you still have installed as I dont know anything about your plugins folder.

As suggested above, re-install and find out what files have been install. Then using the search tool, search your entire plugins directory for the files that were installed.

I can tell you that PEGs Rural Roads are a replacement mod for the MAXIS streets meaning they have the same IIDs as the originals. If you have these in your plugins folder they will always override the original textures until you have removed the files.

Ok I got it fixed. I guess it ended up reverting to reading the files I still had in my downloads folder? Wierd
