Port Overview

Well, I finally managed to take an overview shot of the port area (minus the rail yards). Some of the details are lost, but I think it still looks okay...

Meh, nothing to cheer about, but it's still nice...

Nothing to cheer about? It's absolutely fantastic! I'm going crazy right now! You have absolutely no idea how much I wish I could get something like that in SC4. It's stunning.

Oh, and do you think we could get a region shot soon? I'm really eager to see what this place looks like from up high.

Top notch work there, very nice. I always like it when people pay attention to detail the way you obviously have here in that port area, just adds to the realism 10 fold.

As for nothing to cheer about.... well I'd be pretty stoked if I had just created a port as well as you have. Great job! I should really visit this CJ more often!

Update 21- The View from Above

Well, this is the final update for the Port at Darrington. So let's go out with a bang!

Darrington's City Hall, surrounded by natural beauty.

A shot of some beautiful, classical apartments.

Here's a small overview of the downtown area.

Now, we'll take a look at the final touches to the port. Here's a freight rail line proceeding up a slope.

A new freight station has been built to keep up with the influx of imports/exports.

Here are the final overviews of the Port of Darrington

And now, the first shots of the next showcased city, Dunham.

Yay! Update! Beautiful work with the port and Darrington. The picture with the rail slope is beautiful. Very neat. Great job with the plopped water and the old apartments. Dunham's rail station looks very interesting. First off, the thing is huge. Secondly, I like what you've got in the lower right side of the second to last pic (if that makes sense...). I'll be looking forward to that update.
