willg - The maximum I can let you go under is negative 20 unless there's a crisis of some kind. Reason being is because people will still continue to develope around Newark even when they have no points and then there will be no benefit for those who are working hard for their points... thus that will cause an inflation... I am willing to use airport packs though. but remember... Airports are NOT cheap... and you have to buy land first, THEN you have to purchase the actual biuldings and tarmac... a small airport will run you probably somewhere around 2,000 Points... and I have no problem with someone investing with you...

Willg: How did you want to pay back the loan? I'd consider it a grant that you wouldn't have to pay back directly, if IHOPe Trusts gets 15% of the monthly income from that project. That would provide capital for future loans, and you'd certainly get low rates. If you have preferences, let me know.

n4c: sorry to bother you with such quibbling things, but could you shift another 50 points from my account to IHOPe Trusts. Also, IHOPe will be backing Willg's project, either as a loan, or as a partnership. Should we keep track of those sorts of point income divisions and let you know when we want the points transferred afer you give them to the principle owner, or would you keep track of that yourself and award the points directly to partners? Thanks. Another example is the Big Brown Building Project by MPTC.

Okay, time for a Mini Update!

First off, I wanted to present the newest tower to the skyline of Downtown Newark!

Congratulations MPTC / Iamihop11... here is your deed...

Secondly, I wanted to present Benedict with his deed for the South Shore Rail Line Portion...

Now...lets have a look at a few developments, starting with Tuckaway!

and while we're at it, lets stop by Lantia!

As we can see, a small commercial district is becoming the downtown development for Lantia...

and to have another look at the newly watered developments by willg on the A2 Tollway!

Finally... lets have a look into Linaton...

Linaton biulds a new school just outside of its downtown district...

Several intersections were upgraded into traffic lights...

Also, Highway 2 was upgraded through Linaton, this new sign by Yoshiisland trailblazes to the A2Tollway Junction... 2 Miles ahead

The intersection with Lina Way and a another trailblazer sign, 1 Mile to the junction...

The final signs as Highway 2 enters Parcel 17 and provides an exit ramp for A2 Tollway

iamihop11 - Unless you want points divided differently or set into a different account you create and both parties agree, then points will be defaultly divided equally into your accounts... thus if it costed 4 points to biuld a biulding and you split the cost, you would be deducted 2 points each. Same goes for income. I will have to be noted of joint deals of course. If you desire to have points awarded in different increments between partners... just let me know... and I've added 50 points to IHOPE Trust...

I know I am supposed to be patient and wait for the website, but the pic made me realize there is the perfect location for a central station... so is there a way for me to reserve the land? Or just buy the land (unimproved for now)?

This is marvelous. MPTC, the tower looks great -- I stand corrected.

yoshiisland: those signs are awesome.

tuckaway transportation: bravo on all the work that you guys have been doing. It looks great!

n4c: okay, sounds good. IHOPe Trusts will be loaning willg 100 points for his Houmet Estates project, at 30% compound interest per simMonth. He can make any size payments whenever he has the points to do so. If he pays it all off after the first pay-day, then it will be 130 points. Oh, and his payments will go to IHOPe, not me. Should I make a "contract" so that it's easier for all three of us to keep track of things, especially you?

And finally, my last project proposal until I start getting income: This is called Road's End.

First, a nice commercial development Road's End East. white = total land purchased, blue = medium comm., pink = park

Then a western residential development, Road's End West. I forgot the white border, but the only land I want besides what I've developed on is the three residential tiles surrounded by the street.  Green = medium res., dark gray = is a bit of road, light gray = street, and pink = flower garden.

The email concept seems to be failing, as only one person has used it. Thus I think maybe we should wait until the website is up to focus on using the email system.

Benedict - I can't put a rail station right there as it wouldn't be fully accessable. It's right off the freeway Exit / Frontage Road. Also so you know... that railway is Sunken so the station will need to be at the same height as the tracks of course. It would be impossible to bring the railway, at that level back to surface street level aswell so the station there will also have to be sunken. My idea it to put the station on the otherside of the tracks in a sunken Den, keep the nearby road at surface street level, provide parking on the otherside of the road, and a pedestrian walkway and stairway to the sunken station. 

willg - Okay so you desire me to biuld everything thats NOT in the blackbox as first stage?

lilmanjs - Not yet, waiting on Yoshiisland's approval to donate points to Tuckaway Transportation.

iamihop11 - 100 Points will be credited to willg's account...As for your development, unfortunately nothing can be purchased on the South Side of Atlantic Drive thus making it impossible for me to create it as Atlantic Drive is about to be widened to put it short... It's a surprise project I'm workng on. But basically... Anything on the Northside (away from the beach) will be fine to develope and purchase...

MPTC - Undoubtfully...

Benedict - Website should be up very soon... Not everything will be posted at once however as I'm going to release it prematurely. I'm still trying to think of the most efficient way to purchase roads and rails. It will most likely have to be through the grid setup but maps will be posted anyway for reference basis...

willg - Very well... I will acredit 100 points into your account from IHope Loans and begin the construction. This and your proposed tower above will probably be the final developments to be seen on the website until it is updated again.

lilmanjs - Progress is rather good. All of the transportation maps are done, the Region views are nearly complete, the Grid sectors for development are around 20% complete (these take a LONG time to make but they're very easy to update so this will be the longest part of it all. ) The website itself is in development phase, Index being around 70% complete but I havn't uploaded it yet...  I havn't made the rest of the pages but they won't take too long either...

I can't wait for the website. Don't worry about the Road's End project, then. Sorry to spoil the surprise . In its place, do you have a record of my downtown proposition? It was three little purchases/developments, including an HQ for the SI. Since Downtown seems to be rushin' ahead, I'd like to pursue that. I can send the plans again, if you want me to. I like the name Blue Hope, by the way. Just thought I'd put that in a little late.

iamihop11 - I should definately have something launched by the 15th of this month, I doubt everything will be functional but ATLEAST it will be up. Everything should be functional however by the end of this month... just in time for college lol. I do remember your plans however I highly recommend you use some more current images as Downtown has changed a bit since you've posted those images and alot of the biuldings you wanted have changed or been destroyed because the relocation of the rail lines and the project to lower the freeway into a sunken state... I'll try and get some images of downtown for you by tonight...
