FlyingHat - Great job, can't wait until it's complete.

    un1 - *Knows the feeling*

deathtopumpkins - I've contacted him regarding the scoring issue... ...I'm still awaiting a response myself - if he takes too long then I'll do something...

    55 pages now...

OK N4C, no rush, I was just wondering since it's been a while and I was thinking about Oconee Village.

I started a CJ on ST now, check it out in my signature, please.

Need4Camaro: Me and mapmaker keep a very close contact. He has said to me that his life is way to busy and his work has caught up to his past. I just randomly said words that made sense together!

Benedict - Yeah it's quite  feat... ...things have been going relatively slow with it lately though but hopefully the new update system will really kick it up.

deathtopumpkins - Oconee Village (along with a tremendous update) was actually posted on the day right before Simtropolis experience a severe crash. The crash resulted in the loss of over 50 images from that update and I'm still in process of recovering them.

lilmanjs - We are shifting into a new Updating System in which you can perform your own updates by making an account on the Blue Hope CJ Website (when it's finally complete) downloading the Parcel, performing your update, and uploading it and posting your own update when it's done.. ..There's more to it though, visit the first page of this CJ.

I've also uploaded all the videos to Youtube and they can all be viewed from the first page...

I've uploaded all the high quality formats into a server to be downloaded if you want a more crisp view but I havnt posted the links to them yet.

Recovered some lost data from our Update

Also NLMG (Newark, Lantia, Mobility Group) wants to know if they can borrow points from Tuckaway Transportation to complete the Highway 130 Tollroad and will Tuckaway Transportation require a route cosigned from the Newark Turnpike Enterprise to proceed with that deal?

un1 - Understandable. I need to really update and simplify the scoring system anyway.

Actually, I believe the Oconee Village update made it up twice, I believe. I saw it, I was just contemplating it's expansion, and wanted to know how many points I had accumulated, as well as my income 2.gif

Wow, nice job with the NE 130 Connector!

I really like the southern interchange on the first image (exit 0 right?).  That is an excellent use of a one-way road loop!  Too bad there is an intersection west of that.

I also like how you set up your toll booths on the ramps before joining the highway most of the time.  That is very realistic.

I will be back for more!

    Best,

    -Haljackey

N4C: I just re-read the NE Connector post and noticed that I had forgotten about the sound walls the residents 'demanded'. I have a set that I really like, as they're very realistic, and am wondering if I can put them up. I could put them in in my copy of the region, and then re-upload it when you get the site back up and running, unless you've worked on it any since I downloaded it? The walls come in dark wood, light wood, brick, concrete tile, or concrete panel (what is usually used on interstates in the US), and go diagonally as well as orthagonally.

    Just let me know...

deathtopumpkins - He'll get that up as soon as I can get him the jobs list (again). As for biulding the sound bariers - lets first wait for the score update so we can see how the tollway itself is going to be paid for or if Tuckaway Transportation are also going to incur some of the costs. Also I'm going to re-upload the entire region first and let everyone download the most up to date version so noones development gets cancled out. I'm unsure if you have the most up to date version of that parcel or not so just to play it safe lets wait until that system is up and running.

    Almighty Nienaber - Cool

    ubeans2001 - Heh which video?

jacqulina - Ty btw you have a really nice CJ yourself.

    renemone - Ty

haljackey - Yup thats Exit 0 - Had to make it that way because 130 was supposed to continue North from Hwy 25 while 25 Proceeded Northwest over the Oconee River. Funny thing is, even after that at-grade intersection and after the bridge, it has another interchange with Highway 2 (where Hwy 2 terminates) and continues north. The At-Grade road that crosses it before the bridge will eventually be converted into an Overpass or an small interchange, but most likely an overpass.

OK, I'll wait. As for the cost, once again, I'll pay for as mutch of it as I can with my points, and the rest is up to the rest of NLMG, none of whom I've seen around lately.

Update - You can now download high quality versions of the Video on the First Page of the CJ - However in process I also screwed up quite a bit of data - the Youtube Videos are no longer there along with the entire first update - I'll have to repair that when I get some time...

So, actually, it's 5 islands. I think it would have been more realistic to have the rivers all originate at springs in the center of the island, not meet together, because then what direction is the water flowing?

Awesome signs, though. They look REALLY good.

Have you finished the other ones you were going to send me?

deathtopumpkins - Yeah I believe those are mostly finished - I just need to check the placement locations and I'll try to send them by Monday - I likely wont have internet access on Saturday and Sunday.

The rivers flow due South... but that is a good idea now that you bring it up.

Ahhh, but that would defy the laws of physics. Since the salt water ocean is denser than the freshwater streams (in RL--in SC4 there's no diffference), the streams are forced to always flow towards the ocean, not into the river, as that would mean that the river were denser than the ocean, which means that the Oconee's really salty.

Not trying to be argumentative. Who even says that physics have to apply in SC4?

    See you later, MPTC.

Well, nobody looks at it because it's backed up on projects due to RL, so there's nto much to do here.

I for one have no problem with bumping. It helps people like me remember this is here. ;D
