Hey, guys. I would like to submit my first request for development in a long time. I would like to found Ihopolis, in Parcel 20, section C3. I think nothing else is there.

The key is pretty self-explanatory, except that for "parks" you can use whatever park lots fit and look good -- I'm not picky. I’ve left lots of clear land for future development or for civic buildings. Pancake Circle is a traffic circle for avenues that I think comes with rush hour. If you don’t already have it, let me know and I’ll find something on the Stex.

Also, I don't have to worry about water/power/health/education/etc. systems, do I?

Anyways...

Edit2: In the caculator it says res. grand and com. grant, what am I supose to do there?? How do I caculate jobs?? When I get the repsonse I will post the deed.

un1 res grant and com grant are unused unless a grant is offered ie put 0, jobs are only relevent if you are plopping a building with jobs or are buying a commercial area or industrial area

I-75 has these lamps through Tifton GA. I find them pretty cool...

How do you caculate jobs??

un1:go through every developed property and add the number such as 14/14 or 3/7 add all of the first numbers and use that for jobs.

about 99% sure this is how you should do it

un1 - Residential Grant and Commercial Grants are used if special grants are being issued (these decrease the cost by however many points specified) Right now there's a 20 point grant if the development is near the freeway for both Residential and Commercial...

And yes as MPTC stated, for Jobs you go through the DEVELOPED COMMERCIAL (not industrial, I havn't set it up for that yet) PROPERTY and record the number of jobs that are currently occupied and place it into that field ... ...if its a NEW DEVELOPMENT then you don't need to worry about jobs. You only calculate jobs if someone is buying pre-developed property

un1 - Nice job but they don't need to be that large at all. Remember I just made several other developments in the previous update and each need Quotes and Deeds, Also the development by iamihop11 also needs a quote / deed. Oh yes and if you can make a deed for Shingures tower, that would also be great. How good are you with web design / layout ect?

MPTC - Okay, how good are you with HTML and layout designs? I was thinking of making a more simplistic design for the website to make it easier to update. If not then can you keep up with regular news updates and update image maps (photo's) when they're updated on the website?
