Sorry for the delays, I'm still severely tied between college and RL, Midterms aswell as moving and I just got over a major stomach flu so I'm slowly trying to get back into the pace of things here, your requests will be taken care of as soon as I can get to them... Yoshiisland - That link doesn't work. Also for the bridge, Willg wanted to extend the A2 Tollway to Auringy city. If that occured then it would have to pass through Linaton and cut across the river to Auringy City. I need to know if Tuckaway Transportation would be willing to do this? If you did, the entire tollway would need to be signed probably as a subsidary of Highway 4 instead of 2 as it would no longer terminate at Highway 2.

Almighty Nienaber - Your tower is already complete and will likely be posted on my next post along with everyone elses requests...

Benedict - The track is owned by noone so you can purchase it if you desire. you don't have to own it to biuld stations on it however. Many real life Passenger opperates railways just use pre-existing freight raillines. I'm also almost done with your request only I have to do a few minor touchups with the stations and their locations

We have ALOT of things to cover this update...

FIRST - I want to promote the Newark Grande Tour Videos... It costs 100 Points per development to feature... It is a massive video tour in which I will drive between development and development and give its history... So far we have two entries...

THIRD - I have a vote and need the publics oppinions... ...Should Highway 4 (Lantia Parkway, East/West Connector) be upgraded to MIS?... If I do this, 75% of the highway will have to be completely rebiult... Some exits will possibaly be eliminated aswell...

(Yes, it could give it a bit more realism and help to control traffic flow better...)

(No, Your highways look realistic enough, Also Highway 4 should be left as a Hystoric Highway for Newark, just upgrade future Highways to MIS)

And Finally... we should have a look at the local news and see whats going on...

Is the expanded passenger services putting the creep on Central Station? Lets have a look...

Scary enough it's true, Newark Central is experiencing just shy of 10,000 Passengers per day... Great job Benedict for providing excellent service... ..but now we need to resolve some congestion issues in the heart of the city... Here's what I suggest...

I suggest biulding a larger MAIN station here...  The location is just north of the Seaport...

But I also suggest that this station be custom made just for your headquarters. In otherwords, a biulding on top of the main station. Also I believe the station should have onboard deck parking and&nbs

We'll start in Downtown and work our way out...

First being the new Shan Tower in Downtown Newark... Almighty Nienaber is paying 10 Points per Month until it's paid off, I need to warn you Nienaber that at this rate, the tower and deed will not be yours until December of 2009... You might want to pay a bit more so you can get your deed and income... ...But with your remaining points, I suggest biulding a development so you can have constant income to pay the tower off with... Lets have a look at it...

It appears construction has begun for a new skyscraper just outside of Downtown Newark...

And upon completion... The Shan Tower offers housing for low income residents by providing half of their mortgage through grants. This project will bring low income residents closer to work and shopping in Downtown and will free room for middle income residents in the suburbs. This tower can occupy up to 7,000 residents at once...

Lets have a look at what it did to Newarks Skyline...

Nienbar, you will get your deed upon completion of payment of the tower...

Now, lets move Northeast... How about we hop on the train? That's possible now as Benedict has expanded stations along the Oconee Express Railway...

Offers Service just North East of Downtown, allowing you to enter the railway at the Northern Apartments and Homes of Newark.

Further Northeast along Highway 2, Fourways does just as it says. Allowing you to trans-commute four different directions through four different developments.

Somerset provides access to an middle/upper class development as well as a country club just off of the 202 Tollway.

And the final station of Benedicts Portion of the Oconee Express Rail Line. There exists further stations such as Turner Station and Fireplace however they are developer owned...

Zarp - Modular Interchange System, It's for the RHW and allows you to make interchanges for the RHW without switching back to Avenue's or Ground Highways... It looks much like a real life interchange but believe me when I say that a successful MIS conversion takes up ALOT of space...

Benedict - Would you like to purchase the rails to Auringy City? For the main station, see if Yoshiisland can custom bat you a hub station with the description I gave you...

Now, back to my affairs:

I would like to name this new development as "Favela do Pamplona" or "Pamplona's favela".

After developing this, I would like to hire that "personal security" to protect  the Favela do Pamplona and start selling the stuff I get from the farms.

IF I have any points left after all this, use them to expand my farms along the river, please!
