Dude I know there is one for download. I just can't help you much though because I don't remember where it is, the name of the lot or the creator. The pieces are very basic though without diagonals if I am not mistaken. See it on the bright side: there is still hope.

Thinking most likely of the BSC Canals lots by simgoober, and they SHOULD* still be here on the STEX but they may be at SC Devotion.

Is it possible to make a city below sea level, like New Orleans?

Just use Marrast's, or Jeronij's sets. They both have diagonals and everything.

A few quick searches on the STEX and you could have found them, by typing in things like "Seawall" or "Wall." Not to mention all the topics on the forums about them. Please search around before making a thread on something.

Any no, bbfan02, its not possible to make a city below sea level, unless you used BATed water (Like PEGS Pond Set) Instead of SC4 water.

What color is the "pond set" by Pegasus? I might have it installed already.

Search "Peg Ponds" on the STEX, and you'll see what color it is. Oh, and I forgot to add, LilFlipper, your image is too large. 800x600 is the maximum image size for this site.

bbfan02: It isn't possible to make cities below sea levels because if you imagine the water as a continuous level plane that extends underneath the land then if you lower the land below a certain plane (sea level) then it always will bring up water. Hope that makes sense.

Yea Chicago! Anyways...I'd love to make river and embankment similar to this. I cannot get the walls and bridges to line up just right, and I am not a fan of the canal sets...takes too long to plop everything.
