Fantastically unique.

It inspires me to make something mafioso, don't ask why.

Great job.

The Batman has his first encounter with the Scarecrow...as well as his first experience with the fear doctor’s toxin.

Godzillaman: Low density? Wha-what? Where? It's impossible!

BubbaGump: Sorry about that. *clicks off button*

    FissileBread: Thank you!

Benedict: Too bad the region's incomplete. I never had time to finish it.

flame1396: That's neat how you stack up the updates for a nice read later. Just like buying back-issues of monthly comics, so you don't have to wait 30 days for the next one. You can read them all in one sitting.

UltraGIR XL: Mafioso, hmm? Just be careful...

By the way, check out the new entry in the table of contents!

I love the rainy SC4 shots - great job in integrating them into the update. I hope you do manage to take a little time to finish up the region - it would look amazing.

Edit: I forgot to mention how much I like your title banner on p1.

Once again the SC4 shots blend seamlessly with the rest of the comic. I can barely notice that they're there.

Excellent rain effects! And oh, no! Bats fell out of a window!

I also like the green tinge when Batman spots the chemicals/drugs. Neat computer in his cowl.

I liked the Narrows very much. It's interesting, how well you use the Maxis things. Of course i see, that there are downloads (but its not problem.) And Batman is poisonable too, like everyone. Wonder how he gets out of this.

Good start with the table of contents. Making use of pictures and all that, not bad.

Argh! That scarecrow again. I hope Batman gets out of this fix in one piece.

Despite it being a ghetto, the Narrows looks great--not that I like to live there of course.

Alfred contacts Lucius Fox to provide an antidote for Bruce Wayne, causing him to leave the company basement unguarded. While Lucius Fox drives towards Wayne Manor, a mysterious man breaks into Wayne Tower and steals a valuable weapon.

    topcliff:

Hmm...who knows what his experiments are? Haha, you're signature's quite a read, as well.

Benedict: I'll try to find some time to finish up the region, but it's unlikely. I just love editing these pictures and making comics, as well as updating this CJ. That's what I'm into right now. Glad you like the TOC banner too!

football_fever: What SC4 shots? *looking around*

BubbaGump: Thanks, Hubba-Bubba. Cowl-comps are the new trend, btw.

Zarp: Glad I have a spot in your favorites. That should be fun.

csgcseri: Yep, Batman is human just like all of us, susceptible to poisons and pain. But if you didn't notice how he gets out of there, the last panel shows his last attempts to call Alfred and Lucius Fox.

jrhnemo: He's listening to your pleas intently.

Deever: Well since you like the Narrows so much...*places Deever in the Narrows* *sinister laugh*

    20139962yw8.jpg

The Elizabeth Arkham Asylum was established in the 1920’s as a mental institution for the criminally insane. Founded by Amadeus Arkham, the asylum was named after his mentally-ill mother, who eventually committed suicide. The founder himself also went insane after losing his fortune during the 1929 stock market crash. He died in 1962 with a smile on his face. Today, Arkham lies in a wooded acre on Narrows Island, supposedly to provide a peaceful environment for its inmates--or to prevent them from getting too close to the city, where they would pose a threat to its residents. The asylum’s dark past mirrors its disturbed inmates, which range from serial killers to schizophrenics.

    CarmineHilton: Is it...Paris Hilton hot?

    jacqulina: Thank you.

    topcliff: 47.gif Topcliff rhyming? Wha-what?

BubbaGump: Indeed they will, Bubba. Indeed they will...

Zarp: Luck?! Breaking into an unlocked basement takes pure skill!

    Godzillaman: Glad you like it.

homeandaway: Aw. Living our lives in secret our we? Oh well, thanks for commenting.

Benedict: Glad you think it's inspirational. CJ's CAN be a done a number of different ways. Many people just use the standard mold that has been done so often before: Eyecandy CJ's, political journals...it gets bland after a while, you know what I mean?

    csgcseri: Don't worry, he will...

Deever: Glad you noticed the green hue. Those two pictures would've looked awkard standing side-by-side. It needed a filter so the images flowed smoother.

jrhnemo: Don't be afraid! Well, ok. Go ahead.

Nice! Besides, I'm a writer and a poet! I've been published twice already! Back to you . . . nice use of the dead trees around the grounds. Really livens up the place. Leonardo

    EDIT: Here's my rhyming reply:

That asylum's weird, holding those men with beards. The castle is cool, but the inmates are all tools waiting to drown people in pools!

Each update is better than the last. Arkham Asylum is extremely detailed and I love how you didn't follow Batman Begins's asylum. I never liked the idea of it being in the middle of the Narrows, too. You've found away to distance it from the rest of the city in a unique, creative way.

The dead trees are particularly creepy...
