Have any of you guys tried this game out? Cybernations (www.cybernations.net)

There's a lot of realistic diplomatic ongoings -- you build up a nation and military. Building your infrastructure and populous, earn money, aid, trade with nations and join alliances.

The diplomatic scene is surprisingly realistic. My nation is Verstaten -- very average. But I'm in an alliance called Mutually Assured Defense (http://z6.invisionfree.com/madalliance/). Alliances are kind of a must so you can stay protected from raiders. But having a good army of tanks and a fleet of planes always helps!

Does this look cool, or what?

CN is awesome once you gain an understanding as to how things work--especially when you get involved within an alliance. ^Mutually Assured Defense is a great alliance, btw.

Yup, great game. I started playing recently and its a blast. Mutually Assured Defense is also a great alliance to be in, especially to new comers who could use some friendly advice.

I've quit from that game for a while now. Diplomacy was starting to get very tedius and NPO is taking over all the trading spheres one by one. But that was a while ago, I haven't seen it lately so I wouldn't know what it's like now. Also real life was more important.

I did have a decent nation and it was fun building up and fighting several great wars though. I suggest that people should try it.
