Notca Harbour

With the discovery of oil, city revenue is dramatically on the rise. More companies are investing in the city including some offshore investors. the harbour is now a hive of activity with ships coming and going faster than any other city in Sectoria. Even residents of Staunton which is approximately 730 miles away, are travelling to Notca just for work.

great port area Sims Co. - it looks fantastic I especially like the inclusion of the big liner ship, good work of blending the old style houses with a very modern style port

New faces

Present day. Since Notca struck oil, companies are movin' in, large ones too. other than Sectoria Oil, there is Complex, Davello inc. and Blue Band.

Notca's downtown looks great! I liked that big black building the most. Those night shots are very cool. Also, good work on that interchange, and that teaser shot looks quite promising. Man, there are just so many positive things, keep it up!
