Welcome to Notca city, 300 miles north of Alta on the north coast. With the investigation going down in Alta about the local government of Notca destroying the defence grid in order to gain popularity in the Alta state, Notca has been immediately returned to SNP rule.

Notca is a great looking city. Nice sunken highway. I like how you've really utilized development next to it. Also, those triangular parks next to the Safeway Grocer simply look stunning. I don't know why, but they just do. Good variety in the downtown as well. Keep it up!

Hounslow Notca. (No Not London)
With Notca city firmly uder SNP rule, the future is starting to look bright for the citizens of Notca. Many of you have wondered why there are containers near the built up area, well an old railway depot used to be there until it was demolished in 1984. here are some old pictures:





the depot has been moved but it isn't as busy at it used to be.

Very nice rail depot, I really like that canal. It looks very modern!

Nice industrial development. The train depot along with the sunken freeway (I'm obsessed with them, lol) looks good next to it. Good use of the canals and the triangular parks too. Keep up the excellent work!

No don't worry it isn't dead, ive just had a lot of coursework and examinations to catch up with and my Simcity played up a bit so its quite annoying! but i'll be back on it by christmas.

EDIT: In fact, I might start working on it now! Thanks everyone you've all motivated me on continuing my CJ!

Notca property development

Notca is quickly becoming a property hotspot and with the new high-speed rail network under construction, many Sectorians are planning to stay in the country to enjoy their holidays so many resorts are propping up in the north-east. People are jumping on this new oppertunity and buying wastelands around Notca for development.

This small empty lot is right on the coast and rightly deserves a shiny new property develpment.

This small carpark has become a den of criminal activity but could be a useful investment.

This large plot of land is begging for potential buyers (although its a bit set back from the road)

These tenaments are on the edge of an industrial estate. But the new developments are closing in on it! A very good investment!

I've got some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that i've lost all my regions including Alta and Notca, however the good news is that i'm going to redo the nation and hopefully it wil be better this time but you'll have to bear with me as it may take some time.
