Sc4 is a city management game  , Tilted mill make city builder games , the is a differance between the two , here s a quote from TM website from a poster who as friends at TM

Quote from TM site.

CBs are a management game to an extent, with all the micro-managing features that you get to tinker with, but its more of a design and layout game, with a bit of a puzzle thrown in - youre faced with a tiny spot, and you have to grow a thriving viable city in that little spot. You have to manage your land and resources quite carefully in those instances.

I think we can say goodbye to the region , the is also a good chance , the will be no terraforrming

there isnt terraforming in my other TM games . SCS is about making a sim city game within the parameters of what TM can create .

Unless E3 has changed its date, I don't think that'll happen since this game is coming out in time for the holiday season this year.  Unless that was a big typo that has yet to be corrected.

The first date given as the release date for almost all games is most often incorrect. There's almost always delays and push backs. A more realistic date is summer of next year, possibly even fall of next year. That's only two years away from Spore's release too! ...well, of the demo. The actual Spore game itself will be released sometime after Sims 3 and Sim City Societies: Castle Magic, the fifth expansion to the next Sim City game. 9.gif

so far they gave us nothing to get hopeful about and if the game is coming out this holiday season, and those are the graphics i dont see them getting better, from the looks of it they didnt spend much time on it, so dont get your hopes up.
