Anyway, with Teirisu's snow-capped mod, I believe they actually just used the same textures anyway.

I'm glad it's fixed! I'm new to this journal but I am extremely impressed! The story is great and the actual city planning is even better! You've definitely got another avid cj fan here and I love the snowy pics. Are any of the automata going to be available to download on the STEX anytime?

Update is coming soon, I can assure you that the direction this [slow] CJ is going will not dissapoint... i'm enjoying writing it acctually, it goes down smooth, like a bad Tom Clancy novel, lol...

I just have a few loose ends to tie up before the CJ can roll on like a T-90 in a China Shop...

Connorc24- Thanks. The snow thing is a cheat, just type 'Snow' into the cheat console and it should show up at certain heights. I don't think theres any mods that let it show up at all heights (although I'm pushing for one in the Modding section!)

Shadow Assassin- Cheers! I thought thats what it did, i never thought It caused crashes either... i've never had a problem with it before. Yet, when I removed it, everything started working again... its pretty bizzare.

Benedict- Yep, i'll definitely be keeping this one going for a very long time... hopefully the community will still be as vibrant as it is right now in a few years time.

Anywho, just as a small update on what the hell i'm up to at the moment, right now i'm working on my entry to the 'Life in the City' comp, its acctually not to far from just being an ordinary (yet large) CJ update... i'm sure you'll be surprised what its about

Not at all I've been replacing some Plugins that were missing, I was building some small towns but the game crashed and I lost about 15 mins worth of planning. Apart from the little setbacks however, Sakhaliya's had a big enough break already and should be updated... maybe tomorrow

-Teaser- In other words... 'Where the hell is that Update I promised?!!'

Been (slowly) working on improving the 'Sebya-Dostsky' part of Sakhaliya, one of the rural regions. As expected, its not all Farmland like most CJ's, its dotted with pre-fab Soviet style towns, large Industrial complexes and vast coniferous Forests. The main town (Sebya) isn't quite finished atm and I have a few smaller ones proposed for other area's of Sebya-Dostsky, but hopfully they won't take too long... i'll go into LE later today and make some Pre-fab stuff... like the small towns outside of 'Vorkuta' in Siberia

Anywho... heres that teaser

Vorkuta isn't that small ! I'ts a pretty big city in Siberia, still around 80k people but population is declining rapidly
