I really am liking this! I like the ity layout and the canals and pretty much everything.

Just something that crossed my mind. If tis is after a nuclear war, wouldn't there be lots of radiation about? Are you going to simulate it? Or are you going to say that it has all been dealt with?

I think that this would be a great CJ on it's own if it weren't built on the ruins on New York City.  Just how long after the nuclear strike was it that people started to move back to this area?  The whole New York thing really doesn't bother me, and if it bothers anyone else, here is a note to them:

    The development of the new highway seems to almost be finished in the Government sector of Capitol City.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks once again for the comments! I really do love em and they keep me going 19.gif
    mrbisonm: Thanks for the help in restoring order!
    timberskido: Yes i've used my fair share of plugins
    MrVegetable: This update I believe has answered your radiation question in one way or another. With the limitations of SimCity.. i cant really plop some radiation... hehe... but we are gonna have to use our imagination a little bit and compromise. 48.gif
    NintendoMaster128: As to an approximate number, I cant really pinpoint, but it was at least decades. I will do an update with more information on that.
    MrCinatit: Thank you also for restoring order 1.gif
    While Versailles and Adams were fighting for the hearts of the citizens, the House Of The Founding Fathers has released a brief plan of Capitol City's future.
    region7pp.jpg
    The Government Sector is almost complete. Surrounding it will be suburbs and forests. To the left is College Park, where the first University to educate a new generation will rise. It will also include more parks to provide students with a place to relax and study. To the left, past the tunnel, will be Downtown Capitol City, which will be cut in half by a new highway extension. The north of downtown is still undecided. It might include an upper class town. The rest of Capitol City will include nice neighborhoods and Suburbs, as well as replanting some new trees as soon as the V.S.S. finds new ways to diminish the radiation.
    This CJ is pretty cool.  I like the concept.  I especially like the canal system, kind of reminds me of pictures of Venice, Italy (have to rely on pictures, since I probably will never get there in my lifetime because RLS!!! 26.gif32.gif26.gif )
    Me, I'm a sucker for a good storyline in a CJ; guess that's why I write my CJ the way I do.  Keep up the good work and never get discouraged!!  44.gif
    The House Of The Founding Fathers has selected a new site for College Town, and Versailles University will soon be filled by a new enthusiastic generation. They were generous enough to show a quick preview of the project.
    Surrounded by parks and an enchanting forest, College Town will be the perfect spot to expand the minds of those who seek knowledge.
    No problem.  I too loved the set once I downloaded it and pit it to use.  I just preferred to use Jeronij's tarmac trails exclusively for my campus.  This is just a personal preferrence though.  But, you campus still looks great.  I thought there weren't a lot of trees yet due to the radiation??  42.gif47.gif2.gif
    All-in-all, good update and great CJ.  Can't wait for your comments on mine, since you like my campus layout so much.  2.gif29.gif44.gif
