Great update! I especially like the downtown area, with the small shops, rural areas nearby, and GC's UK rowhomes. Keep it up!

    The Big Z
On nearly all of my cities I just cover the entire area with agriculture using the shift keu and then discect it using roads etc. which means I get HUGE fields which in my view is more realistic.

Nice start. You got a good view for details.

Regarding your farms: mine are allways smaller but I have to admit your big ones look great too ...

Guess it depends on what you arte used - where I grew up landscape is quite hilly and farms quite small ...

Any way - nice cj - gotta come back soon!!! 44.gif

    Great.

This CJ is very good. Very british ( I think, never been to GB, sadly )
    Please don't put all the pictures all together. My eyes can't handle it 46.gif'); height=15 alt=Insert smilie 46.gif src=https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/images/smilies/46.gif width=15 border=0> .

    Garston Mosaic Picture

I have been working tonnes on the development of Garston and Crawford. Garston now covers the whole tile and has a population of about 50k.

Fantastic update GB. NatEast, eh? I somehow get the feeling I've missed out by not having a GB CJ to visit regularly over the last 18 months. Keep it going!

Looks nice.  The way you label everything makes it seem more realistic somehow.

One thing though- You fuse hydrogen.  Uranium is used in conventional reactors, not fusion reactors.

Definately a cj to keep coming back to. Nice eye for detail in your city's ... great finishing touch by using the lables. I like the layout of your downtown very much. Great work!

Interesting, although with your new metro system...

Isn't it fairly inauthentic to have an elevated rail system in a British based CJ? Aside from the docklands light railway I can't really think of one in the same mould as the El system on Sim City.

What UK cities do have in general is an excellent suburban rail system (especially in Liverpool, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and London), or very modern GLR systems (Sheffield, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham - and the Tyne and Wear Metro falls somewhere between the two)
