You could also try SC4Devotion  www.sc4devotion.com  and look for gascooker he has done a lot of english buildings, don't know if they are specifically from Manchester but worth a look. You will need to register twice - once for the forums and again to download from their Lex.

Benches and city mayor plop stuff does not exist, unless it's a lot. Simply because you cannot plop on many citylots. There's one beach mayor plop set that I know of and that is by Goldiva. Simply search for her in the STEX. I think it is called something like GDV Tropical plop set. It has boats, rocks and chairs and oyther beachstuff. Can't help you more...sorry.

In my quest to rebuild my plugins folder, I lost my ploppable construction-looking lots that make an upward hill leading to a bridge and a downward hill leading to a tunnel if you drag a road/avenue out from the lot. Any help finding these would be much appreciated.

I'm looking for smaller buildings. Mainly just smaller shops like CO buildings. The only one's I've been able to find have been spa's buildings. Everywhere I look, it's all tall skyscrapers and I'm sick of it!

Much like TV-VCR, i am looking for mid-rises, a midrise hotel would be great to. This is for the interactive CJ Blue Hope, and i have been trying to redevelop the downtown and i dont want it to turn out to be Skyscrapers right next to 2 story houses. So please help me.

TV-VCR, Almighty Nienaber: Check out Simgoober on the STEX (or at SC4D), it's old stuff but there are a lot of good mid-low rises. Frogface made some nice, small 2x2 and 2x3 buildings that are nice transitions. And also look for ill tonkso, his are more plopables then growables, but there are a good amont of mid rises. Lastly, but not least, there is always good ol' NDEX. Some of the newer stuff has a few good midrises, just look under Dragonanime.

Hope this helps all of you out there. I would post pics (like I usually do), but there are way to many great buildings to show off, so your going to have to look for your self!

p.s. Almighty Nienaber: Got me on that building, looks familiar but I don't have it either. Try lookig under "flat" or "flats". This reminds me of polish BATs too, that might be where I saw it (simcitypolska, you have to create an account though).

Almighty nienaber it looks like SFBT german flat - try SFBT on www.sc4devotion.com or here on the stex.

Edit: No sorry its not SFBT( I just had a look) I would try simcitypolska as simhottoddy suggests

TV-VCR you could also look at mattb325's new w2w buildings on www.sc4devotion They are mainly small to midrise buildings and also look at BLS Commercials (under barbyw or BSC at SC4 Devotion) and gascookers lots. All are on SC4 Devotion.
