Rocket123- Simgoober made some growable Gamestops (maybe on the STEX but I know its on the BSC LEX at SC4 Devotion) , Joerg made a target called Jtarget (I know its on the STEX), and Jawood made a few nice things including an IHOP and a Olive Garden.  I think I remember a Buffalo Wild Wings but I am not sure, never seen any of the others.

rocketoink- I remember seeing an Atomic Bomb, I cant remember who by but I think SCBA, search Atomic Bomb on the STEX.

NYFanatic- Simgoober made a Best Buy VERY similar to the one you have a pic of, search for it on the STEX and Dk1 made a JCpenny like the one youve got a pic of.

KennyRenoMax- I saw a group of Petro Stations on The LBT website (dont remember the name and its in spanish), I asked where I could find it on the Cant find it ask here thread, Its got a link somewhere, I think its on page 14.

nolocond- SCBA made a Dixie stadium, it might work for you, also to you I say "Roll Tide" .

Folks talkin bout the Ferrari Dealership- Mikeseith made ALOT of dealerships and he might've made a Ferrari one, search DEalership on the STEX and Mikeseith will have some lots on there, click on the username and look through there.

While we're talking about higher wealth BAT's, There's gotta be someone out there who can do R$$$ with private yacht docks that overhang the water edge. Oh, and maybe some marinas with modern Super yachts. I'll look for a picture.

I's love to see some more military building/complexs, kinda like they have on BCS ( BSC Whatever it is) the only thing would be little/no dependecies. I like the pentagon idea as per the earlier suggestion except it'd have to have jobs. sorry bout no pictures don't know how to upload.

I am trying to recreate a city from one of my other favorite games in SimCity 4, Freedom Force.  I'd like  have the heroes' base, the Freedom Fortess, in my game if possible.

I'd love to see some train (or GLR) stations that are accessible from a road overpass, like the Queens Park Underground station, here:

I made a very simple mockup in sketchup to show the concept and see if it's even doable.

It would obviously have to be overhanging, etc, to allow the platforms to go all the way underneath the road above. I know there is a small version similar to this out there already, but ones like I posted above are pretty common on London, and I think would be a very cool addition to the game.

hey ive been trying to build my home town of grand rapids MI and i was really hoping if you could build a few of the buildings in the skyline maybe even the van andel arena. where the grand rapids griffins and the rampage play. it would be awesome to have a chunk of my life on a game where it can be run by me.( and maybe i could see what it would look like if a twister went through).

i think some great buildings from adelaide australia would be:

I would love to see more passenger rail terminals that are raised or sunken.

An example of a raised passenger rail terminal is the Old Chicago and Northwestern Terminal (now the Ogilvie Transportation Center):

The sunken rail terminal I would absolutely love to see being BATted is Old Pennsylvania Railroad Station of New York:

Or even the proposed New Pennsylvania Station (Moynihan Station):

I would like to see the "Gherkin" building in London done, I have very little (no) experience making BATs or Lots, but i would guess from the shape of it that its not that easy to do. Its also known as the "Swiss Re building" and its correct name "30, St Mary Axe".
