Ive Gathered A Few Photos Of The Architecture Currently Being Used In New Zealand You May Have Seen It In Other Places Quite Common In Europe Not So Much North America And Asia

But With This Contemparary Style New Zealand Has Taken It And Modified It Creating Our Own

Architecture Making Us More Individual By Saying That I Mean The Materials We Use And The Landscaping. Architects In New Zealand Here Have Greatly Been Inspired By Europeans.

My City Has Applied A Lot Of Buildings Like This Such As Our Libary And Museum That Won The New Zealand Innovation Award For Public Civic Buildings. Here Are Some Images Of The Contemparary Style. I Had A Lot Of Trouble Finding Photos Of My City I Geuss I'll Have To Take The Camera DownTown And Take Some Photos Of The Nice Areas And Buildings.I Hope You Find This Style Interesting And I would Like To Hear Your FeedBack.

looks much like buildings you would see being built all over the world at the moment. Bright, open, widely use of thin walls either concrete based or type of plywood, lots of widows...

-You must be right about architects being inspired by "modern" European architecture, I see buildings like these often.

Woot! Kiwis rule! I'm from timaru and theres not a whole lot of modern architecture down here, the newest homes are built in the stereotypical suburban way.
