Welcome to my newest cj, Aqua Vista.  This city is located in the region of Meridian, and will have a primarily mid-western feel to it.  If you like downtowns, suburbs, and commercial developments then you might like this cj.  I don't edit any of my pictures other than occasionally flipping the view to a different angle.  I really am excited about this city, and I hope you will enjoy it!

Unlike my previous two cj's, I will start off with a suburban residential development - this one is called Bradford Park  - phase 1...

Hope you like these pics, I'm a little rusty, so they should get better as I go along, feel free to comment if you want!

Nice, good job. It isn't big but it stays a pleasure to look at. Can't wait to see how your region develops 4.gif

After the excellent Port Evergreen and Aquaville, it's great to see the master of suburbia back with another CJ.

If I were you, I would have curved the avenue around the hill, like a contour line, rather than have it go up and down. But other than that, you've presented us with some very realistic suburban sprawl.

(By the way... I really like the tall building in pic 1.5 - what is it?)

    UpdateBanner.jpg

Here is the first update of hopefully many in Aqua Vista.  Before I get started I will do replies first, like always:

Camedia - Thanks for being the first to comment, and thank you for the kind remarks!

    football_fever - Hey, thanks - that's what I was hoping for!

BlondeTwiggy - Thanks Twigster, yes I love doing suburbs!

GMT - Hey GMT - I'm glad you like it, hopefully I can keep you interested.

oyd - Lots of new "faces", thanks for the comment!

    mayorron - Thanks mayorron!

pickled_pig - Hey, great to see you commenting - I don't know about "master of suburbia", but I do enjoy making suburbs as you probably already know.  About the hill, I was going to curve it around, but the people said they didn't want all flat roads and that they would prefer to just go right over it, so I obliged!  Thanks for the tip though, and that building is the BrenntLife Building.

jacqulina - Jacky!  Thanks, i'm glad you like the banner, even though it's kind of plain - but thank you for your very nice comments!

Menotyou - Thanks!  Glad you like it.

Hawkeye9 - Hey Hawkeye, thank you I hope so too!

Schulmanator - Thank you for commenting!

jrhnemo - Hey Jason, thanks alot - yes I always take my time, maybe too much sometimes!

connor_v - Thanks for the kind words, see you soon then!

owenluby - Hey owen, thanks for stopping in!  I'm glad you like my suburbs, they should get better - my first ones are always the worst.

This city reminds of a place called Woodbridge here in Jersey! It has a skyline, yet the buildings are far apart and midrise, like yours, also It has a great mall, like your minimall there, thats what I call it here in jersey, you may call it what you wish, so I dub yours as very realistic!!!! Great job!!!

WOW!!! No Really! It looks a lot like BuckHead, Atlanta! A peaceful suburban (With Tall buildings) city. I like those kind of cities. Keep up the good work seemurray2. I'd be waiting for the next update.

Looks very amazing, I like the filling where your highway takes a loop. Your city looks very rural and meanwhile quite busy.

Update two is going to be a preview of what I have coming up in the future for you.  I have made so much progress that I have enough material for three more updates, but I am tired right now so I will just give you a little sneak peek!

Replies - First I just want to give a collective Thank You to everyone for responding, your comments were awesome!

Schulmanator - Thanks for dropping by again, and I appreciate the comment!

paletexan - Hey, thanks alot - I'm still trying to fend off the Walmartization though! 3.gif

manman99 - Thank you, I hope it wont dissapoint you that what I've shown is only my mid-town area - but thanks for the awesome post!

jacqulina - Hey there Jacky, thanks for noticing! Just kidding, but seriously thank you for all your support you always give to everybody, you always have a kind word - you're wonderful!

crazychickensc12 - First off let me just say that I love your avatar, yes I'm a 27 year old straight guy and I love kittens - there I said it.  But getting back to the point, thanks for the encouragement - I really appreciate it!

oyd - Thank you very much!

BlondeTwiggy - Thanks Twigster, I hope you don't mind me calling you that - it just stuck with me,  there will be plenty more shopping centers to come!

pickled_pig - Hey Aaron - yeah I've had that Waffle House for a while and haven't used it lately so I figured I would just stick it in there!  Thanks and I hope you will be back soon too!
