Looks like there's a lot of tp'ers in San Jose!

Those are some very cool street layouts! I really like the farms, the unique shape of each one is nice. The mosaic was great, the flowers and trees in the center of the pond are beautiful. Keep up the excellent work Twiggy!

Very colorful and detailed parks in this CJ!  I really liked looking at the pictures when such detail and time is put into them.  I liked the neighborhood picture with the trees along the streets, looks very relaxing, like I could live there.

And Gem makes a nice return. Great update, Twiggy! I liked all of the 1x1 buildings since there were a lot of areas where only those would fit, and you managed to make them all look good. The pond at the bottom of the pic looks excellent, keep it up!

First of all, here is small project I have been working on. I plan to add on to this a Table of Contents, Residents of Tierra List, and other information, in the same design (black background, flag colors, etc.) so it will be like a mosaic.  When I’m done I’ll put it on the first post to replace all the random pictures and text that’s on there now lol so it will look more congruous.

I know that some of the “residents” of Tierra are not active anymore.  Are there any new requests for houses? You can choose your house from any pics posted in the CJ or I can choose it for you.   If there are no takers, I will add this list to the above picture:

Hey Twiggy,

you've got me hooked! Your CJ is fantastic! Funny how just yesterday I said I was liking the parks in your city journal and you win a Trixie for "Best parks in a CJ". Congrats on that, BTW. I'm liking how your lowrise districts are as realistic as your highrise districts. For many people it gets unrealistic when such areas are started and they often forget to add the necessary detail.

I'm looking forward to more.

Hey Twiggy, congrats on your Trixie! I voted you for "Best City Planner," I knew I should have voted you for "Best Parks" instead! Oh well.

I'm 100% sure that I had a house in TdlO. I remember that it was right next to a highway. Anyways, excellent work on Anita! Traffic looks pretty insane here too, lol. I really like that diagonal building in the second picture, it looks very nice. The huge plaza in the seventh pic looks good; it's an example of why you won your Trixie! Keep up this great work, I'll be back for more!

Hey, DA!  Wow, thank you, I’m glad you like Tierra.  I remember seeing your CJ at one time, and I was amazed, so that really means a lot coming from you.  Yeah, that is weird!  I didn’t realize how many parks I actually made lol. I really got into FC stuff there for a while, as well as PEG’s trails and of course BSC park packs.  So many little pieces to put together…so little time.  Hmm, my lowrise?…highrise?…(sounds like  jeans or something )  it is hard to make them look realistic sometimes.  Thanks for the comment!

Best City Planner....I never considered myself very good at planning lol. Did crazyyaya win that? I remember reviewing his CJ and his planning was meticulous. Anyway, thanks for the nomination.  Oh no!!!  How did I miss your house?  I added some people after I made the original list, but I thought it was only homeandaway.  I apologize for forgetting your house lol. I’ll have to go back and look through the pages and find it.  Yeah, Anita’s traffic is pretty bad!  And there is no mass transit to speak of.   The second pic… Oh yes, I like that building, and I always forget about using it because it ended up in the parks menu, I have no idea how.  That plaza is lovely I think, by BLaM FC.
