The new Marina in the Olympic City

The olympic city before development:

After Development, the dock has a maximum capacity of 2 cruise ships and 3 smaller  luxury  liners (along with additional space for private yachts) also as you can see a complete amusement park has been built on a pier along the coastline, Moory's Pier @ Olympus Beach is the largest of it's kind.

Also this years democratic convention will be held in New Haven, which has the largest ammount of democrats in one city  (right behind NYC)

Mayor Rogers Would like you to express your opinion weather you think the the swampland should be reclaimed & built on , preserved and improved (made into a national park), or a little bit of each parts preserved while other parts become a small resort city within the capitol area

Hey , Great to see this back with an update ,i realy like the trapid transport map, its cool. And the bay area looks real colourful.Do i see underwater highways , man thats cheating -)Great work Jersey.

well i got a nice little break from sc4 and i definitely needed one... went though a long creativity drought lol anyway... an update will come this weekend

Well its been quite a while hasn't it? anyway all of my RL issues are done with, well excluding track, which has been very time consuming (but worthwhile ) so you'll be seeing more updates. also i just realized that i was trying to take on too many projects at one, so I'll slow down a little bit. right now i;m finishing my Newark light-rail project so I present to you a teaser of my next area / theme:

.....Well ironically this area is actually on the west side of New Haven, although this area of the city is highly influenced by where i grew up (Clifton,NJ) so there will be a large influence of the towns and cities that make up the outskirts of new york city

UPDATE

well heres some pics from the Newark area of New Haven it has a mix of tightly packed urban neighborhoods, small mom & pop businesses, and large industrial  grids, also in the mix is the newark light-rail service and the midtown tunnel construction

This shows the where Midtown-West and Newark meet, the Midtown-West loop [elevated rail] acts as a wall, as high-rise construction is is prohibited in Newark except for government and city offices

Here we have the Midtown-West tram shed, there are 2 others like it, [discluding the major depot in the heart of Newark that can store up to 40 tram cars at a time

And finally here we have the Midtown-West tunnel construction, this will connect Midtown-West with the capitol, workers use the El-Rail not only for transportation but the construction company has recently bought a few trains to transport supplies and materials

And...... my first mosaic! I've been playing around with making mosaics and decided to make one for this area of the city

i uploaded the wrong image so i'll have to fix the mosaic

oh my gosh ok, sorry i haven't made the update yet, iv'e been very busy with track, school (I have finals soon), and my internet is have a lot of issues that are finally being worked out. so track ends really soon (within the next 2 weeks) and so does school so when I'm not busy with friends then..well I'll make an update lol. oh, and expect to see A LOT of more updates, i want to try and have at least a huge update once a week and some random smaller updates twice a week, so in all, i want to try and have 2-3 updates every week,

I'll reply to comments later, i have to go, i have a track meet (strangely on the weekend?) lol
