Well, to really help you we need some more information.

What kind of graphics gear do you have and which drivers?

What processor are you running?  Speed?

RAM size?  Virtual memory Settings?

Version of SC (SC4, RH, Deluxe).  Patch status?

If it's only happening on scroll, I suggest you don't get too fussy about it. Certain cards have a limitation that causes SC4 to hide the buildings on scroll in order to prevent an extremely laggy gameplay.

Unfortunatly I don't really know what I have in the computer. I know that the processor is not a dual core but I do have a upgraded graphics card I thinks its a GeForce 6000 or something like that

Prince_of_sims- When I scroll up and I stop The building stays cut off as in the picture above

well... you really need to get your system specs so we can help you further.

do you run windows or mac?

If it's windows, just rightclick into the desktop, go to settings and then the last register, here you can read out what's your graphic hardware.

the other infos are somewhere hidden in the system settings.

well if you just did a fresh install of the game start with this thread:

    https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=110&threadid=58510&enterthread=y

get yourself all the essentials and patches and other official stufff (ps, i suggested going with the NAM option for transit)

after that make sure you check your in game graphic setting first, after applying the patches the game reverts to min graphic settings for some reason ???

see if the problem clears up 4.gif

To get your system specs open the Run box and type in DXDIAG.  Then hit enter.  DirectX Diagnostics has your system spec on the first page.
