And to your question..yes, I have already been to your yard and cleaned up some of the Molotov cocktail pieces. I left the rest as a reminder not to do that again. I am over references to...doggies! Those reforms are a big step forward for Schulmania. It's only a matter of time before another reform will have to take place once other towns are established. But for now, it looks like this system is staying put!
