Hello all and welcome to the CJ of my beautiful region, Monarch Valley.

This CJ will cover several cities in Monarch Valley.  I hope this will be a great experience for all.  If you have any questions/comments, feel free to PM me.

Equilibria: Yes, my region is quite undeveloped in many areas.  Thus some parts may look a bit unrealistic.

On to a suburb west of Fonistat, Riverside.
First, here's an aerial shot of the main developments:

Next, a shot of the north end development, which were the first houses to be built in Riverside.

Next, we have a shot of the South end development, which includes a very senic path using PEG's Trail Parks.

I will give you my point of view, you should finish your all region before touching to your cities, the cities are not really bad, but not realist enough for me, there's a big lack in details.

Sorry for being absent so long, but this CJ probably will be limited to 2-3 updates per week.  School has kept me busy the past few days, and it will for a while.  Hang tight!

Eazi: I don't see whats wrong.  There are plenty of details in all of those pics, maybe expect for those region shots.  I appreciate your insight, however.

Sunil: Thanks, but I used Elevated since I was limited on space in that area.

That industrial building at the bottom center of the last shot reminds me of one of the NOSTRA facilities from Spyhunter.

Seriously, dude, that looks awesome. But - and this is a big but - you must turn off the zones! Those damned primary colors look fugly! Type CTRL+X and then enter "zoneria". That should get rid of those ugly patches.

defcon pilot: Thanks, Yuki.  I don't know why I leave em on... turned them off once and I kept forgetting that the area was already zoned.  

Well, it's been a little over two months since I updated but this CJ isn't dead.  I haven't gotten to play SC4 for a while... @$%&*! school.  But school is also important... a lot more acorrding to my dad.  I don't blame him, though.  Back to SC4... Lately Iv'e been working on another big project on a city called Montague... chack it out! 

First, an aeriel pic of downtown...

Next, we have Montague's main Industrial sector:

Here is the Ellington Tower by eburress under construction on the North side of downtown.

Last is a close up of a big development that was finished a little bit before the Ellington Tower was completed.  The two buildings in the front are the works of Ill_Tonkso.

I'm glad to see this CJ back in action! Very nice downtown, especially that night pic!

Do you have a subway system under that downtown? I'm just curious because the roads might not be able to handle the thousands of people that would travel in downtown each day.
