New elevated rail train

I love the idea of elevated rail, but wish that 1) I could get a better looking train, 2) It could move freight trains also.  Anyone know of some modern or sleek looking  elevated rail trains for passengers?  Anyone know of any mods with allow freight to use those tracks?

you can use the elevates heavy rail that came with the NAM and if you look close enough there are many el rail skins. You might have to look outside st thouhg. This site might be close to perfect btu not everythign is here

There's actually quite a number of train skin mods out there (I've made a few myself). However, it's not possible to mod el to allow freights, I believe. There are elevated heavy rail pieces with the NAM, though, which these days is pretty much a must have.

people might tell you that you should get the Heavy <-> El-Rail junction, but if you want freight travel, i suggest you don't. the junction converts incoming heavy rail traffic, regardless of freight or passenger, to passenger EL-Rail. it converts incoming EL-Rail traffic to heavy passenger rail. you may get a few freight trains on your EL-Rail lines, but if you want the functionality, it's not going to work.

download the NAM and use the elevated heavy rail puzzle pieces included. bon voyage!

I personally wish that somebody would come out with a new track for my beutiful trains. I can't stand to see them on that dirty track! I think someone should make a new elevated rail track, you knokw, with puzzle pieces.
