I'd like to make a request as well ... just to keep you busy. 

I'd love to see a black boxcar with just the image in my signature as a panorama filling both sides of the boxcar completely.

Perhaps you could put Equinox on the top of the car in white lettering? 

EDIT: perhaps two separate boxcars would be better, one with each side of the picture.  I'd like to see a heavily elongated car, though, anyways ...

Tell me if you would like a bigger version of the image.

Smurfer showed us a pic of the boxcar you made for him with the league logo on the side, and im very impressed, thank you for giving us the publicity, maybe include the web address on the side to the league's main page (www.scml.cjb.net)

I am working on a light rail project. As for passenger trains in general I will do some but I am more comfortable working with freight. I would say there's two good modders taking care of the passenger side but they both moved on to BAT projects.

I hope Simtropolis doesn't have a thread size limit because this one is slightly larger than average.

A compliment, a request, and a (important-ish) question, if I may?

Compliments first: I'm just blown away by your work. I sometimes forget about the city-building and get lost in playing SimTrainSet. Your train mods have really increased my enjoyment of the game. A lot. Thank you.

The request: I hope that as you make new things, such as the light rail, that you'll consider making Trolca Trains editions of them to go with your freight engines and boxcars. You see, in my regions, the Bay Line has been purchased by Trolca Trains, Inc. (a SimDelaware corporation), and thanks to you and Dearnen et al the engine shop has been re-painting the engines to reflect this. They aren't all done yet, as Patch's Paint can't produce the blue fast enough... anyway, I'd love to see a passenger engine in your colors, which just happen to work great with the LIRR double-deck passenger cars you made. Again, just a request (not a demand). But a full Trolca Trains matched set of freight, passenger, subway, and monorail would rock my world!

Now, the question: [i'd really appreciate any insight you have on this, as it's driving me bonkers.]

I'm using the Transit Supermod Automata patch, which makes freight trains get REALLY LONG. Like, 86 cars or something. At least, it used to before I started installing your stuff. One or more of your rolling stock mods is causing the no-caboose mod to happen, and I don't know which one(s). When it does, it's always cutting the train length down to 9 cars. Do you know if you've embedded that no-caboose mod into some of these?

Oh yeah, and that stupid 1860s steam engine keeps appearing even though I have the Bay Line replacement engine for it installed. I get the replacement too, and the really weird thing is, if I have the replacement installed, the steamer shows smoke coming out the smokestack. If I take out the replacement, the steam engine does not smoke. Weird, huh?

Any insight appreciated. And thanks again for the excellent train stuff!
