Hey! I just wanted to say that I love your transition from downtown growth to outer-city growth. This city journal continues to be really really inspirational to both me and the other fans of this journal!! 29.gif

I miss the old Duchati, but the new one looks great and I am looking forward to see what the next generation of Duchati will bring.

Nice one TMS - love the realism, especially the rail and el/GLR system. The fact that you named your buildings and somehow related them to posters in this thread is excellent as well; it keeps the readers' attention.

Great job TMS.  WC is coming back to life in Grand Scale.  I really like some of the things you are doing with the transportation networks.  I do like the transfer point from GLR to EL although I am not a big fan of the already existing EL having to take a dip to cross the path there.  It is a limitation of the game at this point so totally understandable.  It also really looks like you are getting some action on your GLR line there....two trains that close to each other....

I also really like the Green Belt area along the waterfront.  Always a great idea.

Happy New Year to you.

Shoot, I thought I commented on this update. 3.gif

It's all looking fantastic. Nicer than the old Wood County. I like your nice, distressed iron bridges. And cool that you've managed to get subway trains on the surface.

This is most definitely a great update!29.gif  Updates like this one are one of the biggest reasons that you have gone 43 pages!

One cosmetic problem though:  in the Italiawood intersection picture, one of the bridges doesn't line up very well at the edges.

Excellent update TMS. So many great pictures at once... I especially like your attention to details, such as the parking lots and the alley near Chase Community Park. Also great use of the NAM GLR.

This CJ still is a great source of inspiration.
