I've put off Aerie (yet again) to bring forward my new archipelago region of Dacial Isle. First stag developement has begun in the west in the new city of Liberiona.

The city has been connected the main islands highway system, the O-91.

The city has zoned sub-divisions like this one.

A small downtown core has also been started at phase one.

Okiee-doe, I need a name for a new island that will be just off the coast of Libriona. The island has been designated as a tourist destination and will be filled with canals, beaches, hotels, and tiny private islands off its south coast. Any name suggestions?

Libriona has built a new high capacity ferry terminal to move people from the city to Sunspeare Island to the south.

An more developement is taking place downtown

This is Libriona Central mall, and will contain 350 retailers and an IMAX theatre. It final completion is estimated in 1 year.
