Must Have Downloads

I have had SC4 for about a month now and I was wondering what are the best addons/mods to download.  Of course, I already have NAM.  I apologize if this has been covered before, but I had no luck with the search function.

Pardon my ignorance, but there is a special section devoted to "highest rated"? I just thought it was a filter on the search page...not it's own seperate section....

You are correct, the "Highest Rated" section is a filter on the STEX, it can be found here:

Well, they're the little buttons up above the listings. 'New', 'Most Popular', 'Highest Rated' etc.

advina, it depends on the type of city you want to build. There are many essential downloads (like amazing skyscrapers, etc) but if your trying to build an urban sprawl, it's probably not gonna work out well. So it depends on your city, and city building style.
